I struggle alot with getting a consistent and good sleep schedule and often feel tired. I have tinitus so it makes it hard to fall asleep. Does anyone know anyways that can help me fall asleep sooner?

What’s a good way to get extra zinc? Through supplements or through diet?

I think that unconditional love isn't real, however lust and attraction are an ingredient in love

What you say has some merit. However if you Take a look at the highest paid athletic coaches you can see that you don't have to be ripped to know a lot about conditioning or fitness

Anything that is you projecting confidence and security is manly. As long as you commit to what your doing and give it your all, you'll succeed. Success = manly

Download the my fitness pal and StrongLifts apps and set your calories to a defecit. Hit the gym doing 5x5 and finish with some HIIT(High intensity interval training) or you're preferred cardio and just keep going to the gym. After a month or so, look at your body, then re-evaluate your calories. The most important thing is to just do. No matter how much you research, it's not the same as going to the gym and kicking your own ass with some weights. Good luck man

I dont think it's fair to say "They study stupid shit , get stupid jobs , that they barely even show up for". I support RP and its philosophy but I dont think this is reflected in that. TRP is not about having a negative attitude against women, it's about "maximizing your happiness" as man.

Did Roosh really say that about the drunk woman? Does anyone have the context of his statement?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
