Ok thank you. Glad everything worked out for you both. That’s really what it’s all about, my stbxw however is simple and doesn’t think outside the box

Was the parenting plan you were doing just a simple verbal agreement and that’s what you guys had been doing? Or was it a signed parenting time agreement?

Yeah we never had anything in writing. Just been exercising this schedule for about a year now. I would still hope that should still help me in my case? Obviously that’s what we’ve been doing and the children are doing great with it.

Hi! Can you clear up what you mean by “there is nothing more permanent than temporary child custody” ?? Our current schedule is just a verbal agreement and a schedule we have been practicing for about a year now. Nothing written, but it has been going this way for this time and literally no hiccups or reason why it can’t stay this way.

Even if you had children I would advise you to move on and leave her dry ass. In your case with no children, I’d be long gone. Get the F out of there and seek your happiness.

Child support has already been mentioned in both of our draft agreements. Mine including the current custody schedule of the child and the calculated support sheet. Hers has the days listed in our current schedule (5 nights with my son every other week) but then it’s worded every other weekend visitation with the support amount calculated as though she has sole custody.

You’re only paying $154 a month for 3 kids that you only see 6 times a month?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
