| 0 | Women shouldn’t complain about the current dating/relationship/sexual landscape when this is everything they wantedNot really. Plenty of taxes we pay are not part of a "contract" with society. I never agreed to pay taxes for illegal migrants or to pay for Ukranian war, for example. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 11/11/24 01:04 PM |
| 2 | Women shouldn’t complain about the current dating/relationship/sexual landscape when this is everything they wantedI've heard that argument, but just as the state distributes money for poor or mentally challenged people instead leaving the burden to the individual, the state should not throw men under the bus just to save some taxes. Men pay the most taxes and yet they are also required to put their own lives at risk, fight for their countries, provide, etc. It makes no sense in a society that claims to want equality. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 08/11/24 06:41 PM |
| 3 | Women shouldn’t complain about the current dating/relationship/sexual landscape when this is everything they wantedJust pointing out women have way more options. Observe how you are giving men the same options most pro-lifers want to give women. Women don't control gestation either, it is the body which handles it naturally. We don't "create" babies either, our bodies conceive and gestate them. But the points of control are way more in favor of women. Now, blame biology for women getting pregnant after rape, but for the same reason men should have more concessions such as Paper abortion or at least default p… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 08/11/24 03:55 PM |
| 0 | Women shouldn’t complain about the current dating/relationship/sexual landscape when this is everything they wantedI disagree that women are punished harder, except maybe for stuff such adultery (probably because for most of history we could never know if the kid was the father's), but men are often killed or even tortured for rape, for example. Not to mention that the law in every country is often applied harder on men, even when we are supposed to be equal and the crime is the same. If a family commits or hides a crime, usually the men is hold responsible way more than anyone else. Just pointing out that j… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 07/11/24 03:00 PM |
| 1 | Women shouldn’t complain about the current dating/relationship/sexual landscape when this is everything they wantedMen have social expectations and legal requirements in patriarchal countries, and they are policed and punished harshier for breaking such rules. If women consider traditional family or even staying at home as oppression, even when the woman desires such thing, then I can also consider oppression such requirements on men, which are harshier. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 07/11/24 02:48 PM |
| 1 | Women shouldn’t complain about the current dating/relationship/sexual landscape when this is everything they wantedIf religion was mostly negative than positive, it would probably have long disappeared. Religion, for instance, unified Arabs and also unified European countries after the fall of Rome. Religion still is useful moral and cultural guideline, and lifestyle. Studies consistently say that religious people are generally healthier and happier, regardless of religion being true or not. What should not exist is marxism, which killed more people than all religions put together, but since "smart intellect… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 07/11/24 02:11 PM |
| 2 | Women shouldn’t complain about the current dating/relationship/sexual landscape when this is everything they wantedActually, Patriarchal cultures put a lot of requirements on men to take care of their kids, woman, etc. Imagine having to earn not just for you, but also for your woman and kids. Not to mention it is required for men to be ready to fight for the government, their families, etc. It does seem that feminists see that as "privilege" for some reason. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 07/11/24 02:08 PM |
| 1 | Women shouldn’t complain about the current dating/relationship/sexual landscape when this is everything they wantedThey are not complaining about lack of those freedoms as women claim, while the truth is that women in the West have more rights than men in some aspects (they can abort the baby, men have to suck it up). | /r/PurplePillDebate | 07/11/24 01:57 PM |

| 3 | Women shouldn’t complain about the current dating/relationship/sexual landscape when this is everything they wantedWomen have many options: most anticonceptive methods, abortion, and adoption. | 1 | How are men supposed to meet women's standards when women are so educated? The dumbest people I know are "educated". Just think about the many graduated students with 50k in debt that still cannot get a job. They specialize in their bubble and yet forget to learn any other useful skill, so they get hurt the most when they get fired. Ironically, uneducated people have to learn to rely on others and make connections, and learn secondary skills, so they are way more independent and can make a quick buck. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 07/11/24 01:49 PM |
| 1 | Women generally don't want us men to try to be friends with them, so it's up to us to act accordingly and listen to them.I just see disadvantages, not for having a woman friend, but from being of different genders. Issues with the partners, rumors, differences in how society sees you and her, etc. I'm not implying women are worse friends, just that different gender friendships add additional obstacles and are more unstable for obvious reasons. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 22/10/24 08:20 PM |
| 3 | Women generally don't want us men to try to be friends with them, so it's up to us to act accordingly and listen to them. What unique advantage female relationships have over male relationships if there is no sex or chance to date? I would say nothing at all, in fact it is a liability because when you or her get a partner there will be jelously. That is why both men and women, wisely, prefer friends of their own gender. Why do some women insist otherwise? No idea, I guess it is to have options around or free boyfriend labor. In any case, not the man's benefit anyway. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 22/10/24 01:17 PM |
| 1 | What should we do about men approaching way less woman than back in the day?A lot of western countries also have huge unemployment for migrants and refugees, such as Syrians in Germany. No matter what the state does, they just don't want to work, and yet they benefit off the state. So migration is not always a win. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 21/10/24 04:36 PM |

| 3 | Women generally don't want us men to try to be friends with them, so it's up to us to act accordingly and listen to them. You are understanding it right. Women don't need male friends, and men don't need women friends. It is also pointless because it is over if one of you get into a relationship. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 21/10/24 04:32 PM |

| 2 | Women generally don't want us men to try to be friends with them, so it's up to us to act accordingly and listen to them.Being a friend is way more than being nice, and women expect the friendship to always be active, pay for stuff or be their free security... while male friends can just stand by and they return to each other as if no time passed. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 21/10/24 04:29 PM |

| 6 | Women generally don't want us men to try to be friends with them, so it's up to us to act accordingly and listen to them.Women are terrible wingwomen. | 0 | Women generally don't want us men to try to be friends with them, so it's up to us to act accordingly and listen to them. That is asking for too much. Why would a healthy man get from a female friend that he does not get from a male friend? He will probably be abused by her using him to move stuff. Not to mention how odd it is to get into a relationship and then she asks you to drop any female friends you may have. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 21/10/24 04:23 PM |

| 4 | If women arent allowed to have emotional baggage, neither can men.Well, guess what, if men marry single moms they will have to deal with other men's kids all the time, and also with the ex's. So yeah, the older women are, the greatest the baggage. For men too, but men know women would leave if they share the load, so they don't. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 21/10/24 03:27 PM |

| 1 | What should we do about men approaching way less woman than back in the day?It is not only about economy, though. Many people have a community and extended families, and they may be poor but family helps. This is now seen as bad in USA, but that was the idea of raising kids in a tribe. That is why often religious communities have more kids and they are usually raised well unless it is a cult or something. At some point it may be only religious people having kids, such as the Orthodox Jews in Israel or the Amish. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 21/10/24 02:38 PM |

| 0 | What should we do about men approaching way less woman than back in the day?If Trump gets elected and manages to deport a couple million people, we will be hurting then as so many citizens are aging and we don't have enough workers even now. Ironically that would probably help the unemployed men in USA, who are on the millions, so we would probably adapt. But yes, the process will likely be painful. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 21/10/24 02:35 PM |
| 2 | What should we do about men approaching way less woman than back in the day?Absolute numbers do not matter, but the proportion of workers for retirees. There may be as well be 100 people in USA but if 90 of them are retired or too old to work, those 10 young people will be burdened and unable to have their own kids. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 21/10/24 02:33 PM |
| 3 | What should we do about men approaching way less woman than back in the day?Downsizing the healthy and young population is the worst you can do, because as we get older we are less useful and rely more on healthcare and youth's labor. The only way to downsize is to either stabilize birth rates or somehow accelerate the death of the elder... both imply violating individual rights at some level. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 21/10/24 02:30 PM |
| 0 | What should we do about men approaching way less woman than back in the day?Money or not, if there is no one doing those jobs then only rich people will be able to afford services. They will probably see retired and old people like us as a burden, unless we work until death (which is how it was for 99% of history anyway). | /r/PurplePillDebate | 21/10/24 02:28 PM |
| 1 | What should we do about men approaching way less woman than back in the day?Working age migrants bring their own elders, who depend on the system. They also stop having kids just as the local population does. | 1 | What should we do about men approaching way less woman than back in the day?Yeah, it will be a problem and I'm concerned about 10% young working population taking care of their own children and a 70% retirees. They will probably want us gone... But at the end, it is what it is, and individuals have to take their own choices accordingly. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 21/10/24 02:26 PM |

| 1 | What should we do about men approaching way less woman than back in the day?If they has the high libido and desire to date, they would at least try. They don't, so what is the problem? Let people live their lives and face the consequences of their decisions. Having a partner is also not free of consequences and bad outcomes. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 21/10/24 02:24 PM |
| 3 | If women arent allowed to have emotional baggage, neither can men.We all have emotional baggage. The problem I see is that women expect their men to deal with it, even if that came from old relationships. Meanwhile, men cannot really rely on women for emotional support without it being considered "emotional labor". Yeah, women really think they are doing you a favor by just doing the basic of what a partner is supposed to do. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 21/10/24 02:17 PM |

| – | There is nothing wrong with not being selected by womenIt seems sex/marriage/legacy is the main way to get men at large to buy into society. After all why would men care about contributing to a project that they nor their progeny will reap the benefits of? This is the Key. Men are very nitty gritty and they don't invest in stuff if they don't have to. Men save money and create stuff for themselves and their families, and that benefits society. | 2 | As a man with mental illness, you are worse off in the current datingmarket then a woman with the same issues.I strongly disagree. Men are far more likely to assault, rape and kill than women - when other factors (aggressive urges ) are combined with a mental health diagnosis. It seems it is only expected, since Men are multiple times stronger than women, and some cultures don't respect women at all. I don't think that has anything to do with mental health, though. I remember reading about that female astronaut that got mad at space because she felt isolated. I realized women get, by default, a lot of attention from men and women just for being women. They only notice the lack of it in very isolating situations, so they may have abundance of attention but that does not make them more self-reliable if they lose it. | – | The fight for Equality has become a weapon to sideline most menThe idea of Equality as a whole has been very damaging and hypocritical for our civilization. The irony is that many of the people who push for it are atheist or agnostic, and yet the idea of equality is as false and unachievable as any other idealistic doctrine. Observe that this idea of equality is not natural. People are diverse, and life itself seeks to diversify itself and feel niches. Equality undermines this natural trend. | 1 | In 2024, Women Are More Valued Than Ever in the Dating MarketWomen have always been valued. Read some history books. Only when they are fertile and young. After it they are only valuable if they help raising kids of other women. Still, women were a liability for fathers, that is why they even paid money to get rid of them. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 23/09/24 01:56 PM |
| 4 | In 2024, Women Are More Valued Than Ever in the Dating MarketWomen are generally more valued in any society because they are able to produce babies. You can kill 95% percent men in another stupid war, and then quickly restore population if you have women. Population? Yes, it can be restored, but if you study Eastern Europe you see that the death of many men almost a century ago has been an economic disaster that created a lot of poverty and lower life quality for those people. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 23/09/24 01:54 PM |

Men don't like women's hobbies either. Again, my point that men prefer to have time with other men in hobbies and projects they share. I'm not blaming men or women for their preferences, nor shaming them. In what way do women put their partner first? Of course both men and women put their partner first, but in most cases it seems both genders have a bias for their own. Just as for most of history, people just walked away. Men don't really get much from being violent either, they are easily shut down, so they rather defunct the system. | 14 | Women complaining from not getting approached anymoreThat's a good point. I just don't believe women deserve any special treatment or consideration just for being women, specially if you are not getting anything from them or they scorn you. Unless technology somehow is set back, which is very unlikely, we will have to adapt to this. I suspect that in a few decades very few people will reproduce and we will have a huge problem of retirement and healthcare being unpaid. Many will die childless but consume a lot of resources before that, creating resentment on the tiny minority of workers. | 1 | CMV: Telling women how they're nothing without a man/kids is toxic and creates more problemsI don't think civilization will be screwed totally, but those childless people will if somehow people with families avoid contributing to their retirement or labor. Imagine the pressure of being the only niece of 4 childless aunties. In the past often lonely old and sick people were seen negatively and as a social load... hence the old witch archetype. I expect that attitude to return. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 10/09/24 08:37 PM |

It reminds me of the nurse that was having fun with male babies having circumcisions because "males deserve the pain they get" or some shit. | 11 | Porn consumption is one of the biggest threats to empathy, connection, and love between men and womenAnd telling men with no luck to avoid porn because they somehow owe it to women to not engage with that is unreasonable. It is also extremely cruel and unemphatic to men who are neurodivergent or shy and will never get a woman. What is the point of that beside make those men even more miserable? My guess is that women still expect those men to simp for them? | 3 | Women will talk about male "Locker room talk" then go on to write a novel about their sex life to their friendsI guess it depends a lot on the culture. Many films show women talking freely about their sexual lives, I wonder if that reflects the culture of some places in the West? Certainly not in my country. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 10/09/24 07:34 PM |
| 4 | Women will talk about male "Locker room talk" then go on to write a novel about their sex life to their friendsThe most "sexual" thing men talk is jokes about sex, but rarely about sex with specific women or experiences because men don't want to be judged either by other men. But I agree, it is mostly just about stuff, such as world news, games, cars, machines, even history. Contrast it to women's talk centered around people: relationships, looks, and gossip. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 10/09/24 07:33 PM |

| 3 | A lot of men who are chronically single get immediately rejected, not ghosted after they showed their characterNo, you didn't, but a lot of autistic or shy men use alcohol that way. Other prescribed drugs also help, but it is not always realistic to suggest that. | 6 | A lot of men who are chronically single get immediately rejected, not ghosted after they showed their characterNothing wrong with admitting that some men are unattractive by personality or looks. Men always rate women too. The problem is the gaslighting. Women claiming that "those men don't get dates because they secretly hate women" while women repeatedly date men who openly hate women, etc. This also explains the Lizzo challenge... women who say Lizzo is beautiful but hate when someone compares them to her. | 7 | A lot of men who are chronically single get immediately rejected, not ghosted after they showed their characterIn a sense I can understand these women... they want excitement and something different, drama. Besides, following the rules blindly does not always means a better world. Women want men with agency, and criminals need agency to even exist, while good men can just mindless follow the rules. Of course, this means that some women end up with terrible men. To be fair, those criminal men usually treat them well... until they don't. Then they want the state to rescue them using tax money and labor fro… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 05/09/24 07:12 PM |
| 2 | A lot of men who are chronically single get immediately rejected, not ghosted after they showed their characterThat is what those women do... they date good men until finally their criminal ex is release from jail, and they go back. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 05/09/24 07:06 PM |
| 6 | A lot of men who are chronically single get immediately rejected, not ghosted after they showed their characterI'd argue the opposite. Toxic men don't want toxic women... they want women with no drama for relationships, and toxic women usually don't respect their dork husband or boyfriend anyway and just use them for money. Toxic people are parasitic. They need a victim. But yes, those innocent women need to take responsibility and override sexual desire for their own mental health. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 05/09/24 07:06 PM |
| 4 | A lot of men who are chronically single get immediately rejected, not ghosted after they showed their characterSorry, but that is a terrible comparison. Plenty of women love their husbands but don't have libido, usually because hormones. I suspect that men being unable to get hard is also a similar problem... but usually it is not because you choose "bad people" as partners. Love can die off. Libido can go lower and lower or even disappear, etc. It is not always abuse. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 05/09/24 07:04 PM |
| 5 | A lot of men who are chronically single get immediately rejected, not ghosted after they showed their characterEven at the risk of their own safety, which makes the "bear vs men" a joke. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 05/09/24 07:02 PM |
| 3 | A lot of men who are chronically single get immediately rejected, not ghosted after they showed their characterThere are very good women who just love to love criminals. IDK why, I guess it is daddy issues, but usually they are great moms, great people... they just fall in love with monsters. Sure, we can argue that that is not moral, but usually we regard emotional matters as unconscious. Not defending those women either, they should still take responsibility of their terrible decisions, but I don't think it is 100% their fault they just desire a bad boy. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 05/09/24 07:01 PM |
| 9 | A lot of men who are chronically single get immediately rejected, not ghosted after they showed their characterThe bluepill is right about personality being very important. It is wrong about we being able to change it, tho. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 05/09/24 06:59 PM |
| 4 | A lot of men who are chronically single get immediately rejected, not ghosted after they showed their characterAlcohol does help some men to flirt and women to be more available (relax). But you cannot be drunk all the time, it is not sustainable. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 05/09/24 06:58 PM |
| 11 | A lot of men who are chronically single get immediately rejected, not ghosted after they showed their characterI think everyone knows that attraction is not about morality or criminal behavior. The problem is the gaslighting and the women who then expect society to rescue them from their own choices, or expect other men to police the men that THEY choose. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 05/09/24 06:57 PM |
| 1 | A lot of men who are chronically single get immediately rejected, not ghosted after they showed their characterIn the past there were important institutions for single men, such as Monks and some professions. They had key important place in society. They felt important, society got the benefits too. Today, we basically left no institutions for these men. We basically created a global social club for neurotypical people, shaming or ghosting everyone who cannot even fit. Considering that more and more autistic people are being born, I don't think this is sustainable. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 05/09/24 06:56 PM |

People naturally are less eager to help people who don't have the same culture. That is why you and me don't sell all we have to help Africans or Ukranians, but most of us would probably make sacrifices to help family or friends. | 1 | Do you think the women of the Americans would be happier today if the Americans was never colonized by European settlers? They are just normal men expecting women to do their part. There is nothing wrong with expecting women to do their part in a relationship, beyond just status and "emotional support" or whatever. A relationship is about mutual help. In fact the climate has changed a lot over the last couple thousand years. True, the desertification of the zone is relatively new, but still farms and agriculture relied a lot on manual labor, which was best done by men. | 1 | Are guys who have more success in their 30s actually out for revenge like some narratives here suggest? Not having money or not having a stable job is enough for most women to not even consider those men. | 1 | Are guys who have more success in their 30s actually out for revenge like some narratives here suggest? Not revenge, because when you get to the happier state you want usually there is no resentment left. But indeed, if you survived into your 30s without meaningful relationships and sex, it makes sense you may want to live the experience you did not live before. | 4 | If there is "someone for everyone out there" how do so many men struggle to find one (1) woman that likes them back? The whole idea of an "other half", or "soulmate" is based on old pagan surerstition. Yeah, New Age trash. For most of history, marriage was more about a contract to have kids and care for each other, kind of like the lord-serf contract, but more common and a little more egalitarian in exchange. | 2 | Lonely/single women are often disrespected or falsely accused of thingsI'm not disagreeing, just adding that it seems irrational for women to be pickier if they have even more options, and yet that happens probably because we evolved by the assumption that in most cases there is an excess of women rather than men. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 12/08/24 03:15 PM |

Both things are very important, and women often downplay the contribution of fathers and men, and yet that safety and stability net that men are motivated to keep is what also allows a healthy emotional environment. | 1 | "Men would fuck anything" is just female fantasy for them to feel more attractive than they really areSo what fantasy is it when men say “men would fuck anything?” I guess it is just a negative avatar of the phrase "You are a queen and valuable for what you are, regardless of how old or fat you are". Only way for women to accept that, knowing that not all women are ideal, is to accept that men would fuck everything... still better than accepting not all women deserve shit. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 05/08/24 06:58 PM |

| 1 | "Men would fuck anything" is just female fantasy for them to feel more attractive than they really areOf course your friends aren’t going to go for the fat and ugly girls in public. They keep it private because they aren’t proud of it. That's a good point I have not considered. After all, those same women get plenty of messages in apps, right? | /r/PurplePillDebate | 05/08/24 06:52 PM |
| -1 | "Men would fuck anything" is just female fantasy for them to feel more attractive than they really areWomen assume they are always sexually valuable, which may have some truth, but they exaggerate that to feel better with themselves. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 05/08/24 06:50 PM |
| -2 | "Men would fuck anything" is just female fantasy for them to feel more attractive than they really areYeah, I get it as humble bragging. Beside, they claim a guy "hit" them even when they asked them a genuine question or wanted them to move away. This explains why average and ugly women are more likely to be the ones claiming this stuff about harassment. Not saying it does not happen, but they do give it more importance than beautiful women do. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 05/08/24 04:10 PM |
| -5 | "Men would fuck anything" is just female fantasy for them to feel more attractive than they really areThe key is them feeling valuable no matter what. That is why they use phrases such as "You are a queen" and "you deserve better" even when clearly not all women deserve better nor are "queens" nor are desirable. At least the delusion of having more sexual leverage than they actually have may help cope. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 05/08/24 04:08 PM |

| 2 | "Men would fuck anything" is just female fantasy for them to feel more attractive than they really areSome women are more social and don't treat men as trash, so men like them back. My aunt is like that, even into her 60s and 70s, even security guards insist to accompany her and so on... and yet most women (young and old) I know are not as close to being that attractive. I guess women are right on something: personality also matters to men. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 05/08/24 03:18 PM |
| -39 | "Men would fuck anything" is just female fantasy for them to feel more attractive than they really areThe claim "women would fuck anything" is just women saying "I'm sexually valuable no matter what", which has some truth, but not necessarily from the men they want. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 05/08/24 03:15 PM |
| 2 | "Men would fuck anything" is just female fantasy for them to feel more attractive than they really areI've only seen that on girls that are social and have stuff such as onlyfans, which allows them to exploit the fetishes of some men (few in percent, but many in numbers). | 1 | "Even if I Got a Girlfriend, She'll Always Want Someone Else" - Is This An Example of Low Self Esteem/Insecurity?I don't think humans are truly monogamous, and I don't have any interest in wasting more time and money pretending that they are. | 2 | "Even if I Got a Girlfriend, She'll Always Want Someone Else" - Is This An Example of Low Self Esteem/Insecurity?It's OK to accept when you are less than ideal and recognize that. Better than being delusional about what you are not and others using such delusion to manipulate you. All of us are less than ideal in a category or another. | 0 | "Men would fuck anything" is just female fantasy for them to feel more attractive than they really areI was reading the experience of ugly women in apps, and apparently they are often ghosted or asked for pictures but rarely get sex from the guys they want. Men have wider range of taste and they are lazier, so they swipe right to every profile and then pick later. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 05/08/24 02:43 PM |
| -1 | "Men would fuck anything" is just female fantasy for them to feel more attractive than they really areI mean, it seems you are right their tastes are wider, and it makes sense because they don't have the risk of pregnancy that makes women be pickier (which is perfectly reasonable). I would add that men are probably pickier in other aspects, such as relationships and sharing their resources, unless that is the only way they can get sex. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 05/08/24 02:42 PM |

| -13 | "Men would fuck anything" is just female fantasy for them to feel more attractive than they really areI also don’t see at all how thinking that men fck anything makes us women feel more attractive/better about ourselves. | 4 | Imagine a world without slutshamingGood point. Slut shaming is like the equivalent of women judging men for their money or (in)ability to provide. | – | I'm tired of people telling men that they shouldn't care about relationship/sex/intimacy and just focus on "being happy singe"The problem with Elliot is that he actually cared too much about women. | – | I'm tired of people telling men that they shouldn't care about relationship/sex/intimacy and just focus on "being happy singe"There are certain things the brain needs to be happy, due to the way male social structures are set up, they're not getting the level of connection they'd need outside of romantic relationships. Men just don't give that to one another. It won't change. Not long ago, gentlemen and male only clubs were common, but women fought to dismantle them. They also used some rumors of "rape" excuse to dismantle them in many colleges. Women also complain that men play videogames, and yet that is a very valid… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 30/07/24 02:11 PM |

| – | I'm tired of people telling men that they shouldn't care about relationship/sex/intimacy and just focus on "being happy singe"To be fair, women are told the same to "decentralize men" or some shit, even when they know very well they need eventually to call a plumber that is almost certainly a male, proving they still rely on men by proxy. | 3 | The best move a single man can make is work on being happy alone.Empathy and caring is natural in humans, but so is hate and resentment and transgression. Human can be selfish and when they go to work every day they do it for mostly selfish reasons, not for "good will" to society. BTW, being selfish does not mean intentionally hurting others either. Women complain that "men don't form social connections with other men" and yet hate when their husbands play video games with friends, or they invade male spaces or even use the law to discourage them in colleges.… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 30/07/24 01:58 PM |
| 9 | The best move a single man can make is work on being happy alone.I agree it is a coping mechanism, but it is not always from fear, but it may also be from genuine lacking of social capacity, such as being autistic or having deep trauma, or a terrible socialization that at some point it is too costly to change. There is nothing wrong with cope as long as the cope is not avoidance, but I'm sure most people who rely on those mechanisms have a good reason to do so. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 30/07/24 01:52 PM |
| 6 | The best move a single man can make is work on being happy alone. That is a way to see it, probably rooted in Christian culture of service (even though it is now a moral attitude)... but most people are not that empathic, specially if others get for existing what they cannot get by even trying 10x harder. It makes sense some people, especially men, grow to be resentful as they are expected to give and almost nothing is given back to them. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 29/07/24 09:23 PM |
| 5 | The best move a single man can make is work on being happy alone.I kind of agree with that. The only chances I had to get close to a woman were when I was not even thinking about relationships. But I admit I have it easier because my libido is low. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 29/07/24 06:57 PM |
| – | If women were as horny as men they wouldn’t have the delusional standards and pickiness they haveI disagree. Women naturally must be picky because pregnancy is a high investment. I don't judge women for being too picky, I do condemn many of their delusional expectations, tho. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 29/07/24 06:56 PM |
| 4 | The best move a single man can make is work on being happy alone. Why should anyone look for the well being of society by producing a surplus, if there is no investment from them? You may as well go full selfish and let society rot (as they did not give you a chance and they will let you rot in a nursing home anyway). That can be a satisfying revenge to go ahead and do it. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 29/07/24 06:46 PM |
| 4 | The best move a single man can make is work on being happy alone. But if that option is not available, does it really make sense to keep trying? | /r/PurplePillDebate | 29/07/24 06:44 PM |
| 86 | The best move a single man can make is work on being happy alone. In theory I agree, but it is way harder than people assume. Not everyone can become a monk or be happy without a partner and family, as it is a core goal for many, even many who don't recognize it as such. I now get why people use drugs and unalive themselves. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 29/07/24 06:44 PM |
| 5 | The best move a single man can make is work on being happy alone. No - “being happy alone” means convincing yourself that the grapes are sour and you don’t really want them. Only if you are bluepilled, but you may as well recognize your social position and focus on something else to be happy or at least in peace. Easy? No, but that is not denying reality, but executing a contingency plan. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 29/07/24 06:41 PM |
| 1 | Correlation does not equal causation. If it does not apply to them, why do they care what men say about single moms? | /r/PurplePillDebate | 29/07/24 06:40 PM |
| 2 | Correlation does not equal causation. It is not that people hate single moms for being single moms, it is the implications: They are often looking for a daddy for their children, even when they do have a dad. They may be dating new guys while children are toddlers, which is dangerous. They often choose terrible men as fathers of their children and then expect a "good man" to take care of them. Single mom still have plenty of options for men at their level, yet they feel entitled to men without children, rich, and handsome. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 29/07/24 06:33 PM |
| – | Men who were undesirable in their youth but managed to become succesful and confident and desirable later on in their life are absolutely entitled to go through a "hoe phase"Not saying that can be fixed, but you may want to try mushrooms or some antipsychotics. I know it is not legal in most of US, but it may be worth give them a chance as they are not addictive. Who knows, maybe you can at least taste how it is like to be more neurotypical. Alcohol also helps some people on that. In any case, the best you (and anyone) can do is find a way to reduce importance to what we lack and set our worth on stuff we do have. | 3 | Friendships are inadequate substitutes for romantic inclinationsNot all issues can be worked out, though. As mentioned, you may have trauma or unchangable personality traits that are not favored by the dating culture. Now, you can make a mask and maybe get some success, but it is really worth it to sell yourself as someone you are not? Ironically, being fat can be "worked out" yet men are often shamed or criticized for not wanting fat chicks. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 29/07/24 04:36 PM |

| 3 | Friendships are inadequate substitutes for romantic inclinationsThey are victims of circumstances, and you are denying their experience or shifting responsibility to them even if it is caused by traits or trauma that they cannot control. Same as blaming someone of a disability. Sure, not as fundamental as that, but being unloved and hated for how you look or act, without you even choosing any of that, can affect your quality of life, chances at work, etc. So yes, it is victim blaming. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 29/07/24 04:31 PM |
| 4 | Friendships are inadequate substitutes for romantic inclinationsI agree it is an overused term, but it is true women are claiming delusional things about the sexuality and attractive of men, and trying to deny their experience and struggles, denying reality (hence, gaslighting). Why do women do this? I guess it is victim blaming. Not different from men telling women to smile or dress better or talk to them, but men are actually called out for it even in pop songs. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 29/07/24 04:28 PM |
| – | Men who were undesirable in their youth but managed to become succesful and confident and desirable later on in their life are absolutely entitled to go through a "hoe phase"It's a tradeoff. The least attractive you are, the more social skills you need to compensate, and vice versa. Fathers often have to do very hard works or work way more hours just for their family to have quality of life, and this is not new or unique to any economic system. | 1 | Can a below average man live a bachelor life style? It is not just good looks, but think about how hard it is for men to have sex with someone that weights more than the woman, and yet she expects you to handle the activity and move her around. Not easy, not fun... unless he has a fetisch. I would not be rude to fat women, but truth is that women are very rude even for men who are not the right race or height, and yet women can control their weight and men cannot control those characteristics. "You are undesired because you think women are trash" or "you don't deserve sex because you hate women" or stuff like that. All that is a moralization, given the fact many of those men are simps and put women on a pedestal, they don't hate them.
