So I'm not radically conservative and I see no problem at all with someone transitioning. In fact, one of my good friends is currently on HRT and wants to transition when she has the money to. Am I alone as a liberal in the anti-feminist community?

If she had paid time off saved up why not use it? As an employer you can't make her do anything, she can decide if she wants to take paid or unpaid leave for it herself

My ex girlfriend had nearly debilitating period cramps, I could understand her taking off work for it. My current girlfriend has normal period cramps, I don't think taking off work for cramps has even crossed her mind.

So my mom is a Nurse and the hospital she works at pays her the exact same as her male cohorts, the only difference in salaries are from age and experience

I've also always found it a bit odd that the onus is entirely on men to seek consent, but women are not expected to seek consent in return, it honestly kind of reeks of sexism
