I have had so many female friends over the years, and not a one of them has left their boyfriend / husband because they met someone more handsome. Every relationship I know that has broken down has been about internal conflicts in the relationship.

I mean, they suck. Are they singularly responsible for ruining masculinity? Definitely not. But they are probably causing a lot of harm to young men and to their relationships with others.

Stay off of any and all redpill forums, because they are breaking your brain. Is this a belief, or a thought? If the first, you have to believe a) all Black men have big dicks, b) all women want big dicks, and c) all women are willing to leave their current partner, just for a bigger dick. Those beliefs are all wrong, so rest easy, case closed. Now, if you don’t actually believe such things, but have repetitive thoughts along these lines that cause you distress, then you need to look into therap…

What exactly are you asking? Sometimes more than one person is attracted to someone, and sometimes those of us who are heterosexual want the attention of the opposite sex. Are you looking for something more specific than that?

Great job! Just know that it can take a while to unlearn patterns of thinking and don’t be too hard on yourself when you get redpill thoughts. Just remind your brain that it’s not accurate or helpful and move on.

You could start by working on why you felt attracted to the red pill in the first place. Have you looked into subs like Men’sLib or the Bropill here on Reddit? They focus on men’s issues in ways that aren’t about bashing women or feminism.
