The thing about gay men is that there is likely a form of arrested development... they were socialized to suppress their love for men, and now that they are adults and its safer to be out, they can love men without being as silent about it.

In this context, I wasn't talking about "bad moms', I was referring to single parent households. Of course there is responsibility on the mother's part, but both parties chose to have a bastard child with poor planning. I think that most BM hate the circumstances they've been given as BM, the lowest person on the social scale, and hate their mothers for bringing them into this world. Overwhelmingly, they do like black women PERIOD.

The race element is being ignored... of course, men of all races avoid dating single moms, but the most vocal podcasters (including the ones you linked) are black men who dislike black women. Other races of women simply ignore single moms, black men have a seething hatred and obsession. A lot of black men have vitriol for their own mothers. Instead of blaming the father's absence, they blame the parent who was present. Obligatory "I'm black myself"
