What is your education and clinical training to make the diagnoses of their mothers as "closeted lesbians," whilst tossing the children's actual diagnoses out? I agree with this, but this isn't really arguing against the fact that saying patriarchy implies men are responsible for it, or it is associated with maleness. You could as easily argue women are responsible for patriarchy because we were so often engaged in, and weakened by, childbearing and breastfeeding that we required the men to earn 100% of the household's living. By blogosphere, I just meant random blogs, and even more specifically, random blog entries. I find that exclusively-feminist blogs end up falling into the shrill, one-sided, and anti-male traps I try to avoid, whereas people who comment on a range of issues tend to stick to ideas working toward actual gender equality, rather than misandry.

I had the same experience just a few days ago. I didn't really know what SRS was, so I checked and... horrifying. And yeah, in no way friendly to someone who identifies as both feminist and mra. Reddit's ingrained form of feminism is very toxic. For my feminist leanings, I stick to the blogosphere.
