My point is that, in a heated situation, where someone (regardless of gender, race, ethnicity etc.) attacks you as a full grown adult, you aren't gonna analyse the best possible way to minimise damage. When someone is getting attacked they aint going to wait and assess whether or not their attacker could do damage. You get attacked, you retaliate. This aint calculus.
