Do not fall for her shenanigans and do something that she would present to the court as being 'Fearful'. She will then ask the court form a TRO and you are out if the house till it is resolved in court. 1 month to 3 months.

1) We have 70/30 split. Opened my business on January 6th. Asked for 2 weeks in February, she said no. Instead she sent my 18 year to live with me, i can only assume because she no longer had to pay me for that child. In March she used Covid as excuse, as well as April. Went in May and she only let me see one of children. June, had them all for 2 weeks, July saw only one for 1 week. August have them for 2 weeks. It is a poop show! Yes, they have been given a court date at end of September. She has an attorney. I have phone call scheduled with mine on Wed. They also requested a new income form fl150? Along with the 90 questions regarding my business and contracts and new investments, etc.
