(unless you are a roofie-enthusiast jockobro douche or a volatile piece of ghetto trash traplord rapper - then it's 'cool' 'hip' and 'empowering')

You sure they aren't pretending; merely out of courtesy/pity?

So approximately 99.9 percent of the contemporary american populace. Right on; and hence why I dropped out of the ratrace.

People used to have jewelry, fancy cars, watches and other luxury goods as status signalers. A lot of that is seen as tacky and try hard today. From what I've witnessed; both on a general, observational, cultural level; and from longtime friends/family - it's the inverse. People are shedding their prior modesty and getting into tacky, gaudy, shallow posturing and mindsets.

This. The more we counteract and erode this culture which houses, incubates, and enables toxic, social darwinist sociosexual superfice (the mantra which is responsible for singling out and bullying/traumatizing those who refuse to participate in it) - the weaker the manosphere/redpillsphere gets.

I recall somebody making a loose claim that crime hasn't been on a decline; it's just that it is both underreported and many crimes are left untampered by authorities compared to prior decades. I'm curious on getting further information/data on that myself. It does seem - based on cultural/image/media shifts - make it seem like things have gotten more crude and lowbrow. Though again; that's based on a very surface level impressions of things on my end, of previous decades that I barely/otherwise…

Generally; society on a near universal cultural, social and institutional level operates under a maroonpilled mantra. There are elusive bluepilled folks/circles here and there - but it's a near given that they'll get derailed by destructive-variant maroonpilled outsiders.

While I don't doubt that many self proclaimed 'nice guys' are disingenuous, calculated people who play a transactional facade of being nice just to get women in a relationship - I also feel like many cases of pinning 'nice guy syndrome' allegations are also decontextualizing and framing other cases where there are genuinely empathetic folks who have every right to be a bit bitter.

Let's not forget/disregard the cultural peer pressure and institutional grooming - under the guise of 'sex positivity' - often times taken to the extent where you are guilt tripped under a faux-moralistic veil if you aren't participating in it. Prude shaming is rough.

And I'm assuming that you're one of those guys who unironically enjoyed Suicide Squad, eh? Abhorrent bloody zoomers.

There's also this woman I remember who assisted in a murder with a 3D printed gun. Try and tell me this isn't the most attractive woman on earth (You can't because I won't listen to you but try to tell me) If it wasn't for those teeny bopper spencer's clearance rack piercings and target embedded on her face; I'd be in relative agreement with you.

Because fictional sitcoms were a precise reflection of what 99 percent of the populace was going through. /s

Hot take; and many people on this sub/reddit as a whole isn't going to like the objective truth: slut shaming serves a moral purpose. Hyperpromiscuity/hypersexuality is a near given co-occuring trait among those who suffer from Cluster B personality disorders (Narcissism/Sociopathy/Borderline) - and this piece of social pattern recognition is historically recognized. People avoid, discriminate and shame the promiscuous for an apt reason - and it's to keep civil stability within. I'm sick of sexu…

it's a dog eat dog world. Being a beta towards anyone but a select small, established circle of trustworthy loved ones is only going to hurt and burn you out. Being a distant, self-focused, calculated, skeptical and defensive Sigma within public/general proximities - while treating most forms of socialization/friendships as transactional for the sake of networking/business and having passive support/social juices is the best way/method of going about things; saving your authentic, vulnerable bet…

ironically; it's the self proclaimed '''''progressives'''' I've known who happen to be the most exclusive, snooty, shallow, catty and even downright dramatic/manipulative to straight up violent people I've ever carried the displeasure of running into. Even bluntly ableist as well; affirming as a neurodivergent. Most toxic masculine dudebros I've personally known veered into progressivism, from my experience of things. Party animals and bullies-only turned crybullies once the social/cultural/inst…

(Never applied or sided with redpill ideals - I'm just a sideliner) I've had plenty of former friends/classmates who 'sold out' sometime down the line during/after college. Became a bunch of charicatural dudebros; turned into the very things they used to despise - one of them even scolded/made me the butt of all jokes back when I was still a virgin a few years ago. I'm witnessing and being subjected to this callousness more and more frequently over the years. It might as well be nostalgia goggle…
