Paternity leave should be longer (in my country it's one week) since both sexes should be allowed to nurture their new born but maternity leave is still a necessity since child birth isn't pretty.

So medical leave is off the table too? And having the right to have a family is kind of a human right, at least in my country.

Maternity leave is not a vacation.... You need some time to recuperate from fucking childbirth.

How did she even get possession of the child to take it there? Wouldn't this also count as kidnapping?

I really don't know. Might be that Western culture gets imported here and feminist doctrine is persuading women not to follow this paths. Especially in IT. I heard a lot of women my age complaining that it's a very sexist environment that won't let you advance if you are a woman. Meanwhile I grew up surrounded by women who became successful in this fields. It's really different from the phenomenon in the us though since all the medical sciences are mayoritarly women.

Nah dog. In my country what you'll never have is financial stability. I'm talking about a third world country. Doesn't mean your argument isn't valid for a developed country but that's not what's happening here.

My parents(both in stem) pointed that out the other day. In my country, around the 80s, males were a majority but it wasn't by that much. Now they see that almost every fresh out of college engineer is male and are kept wondering what the fuck happened.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
