To be fair, the actual explanation of the song is that she wants the guy who she is with to see her as a multi-dimensional person. Avril is playing the goth girl,the nerdy girl and the rock star in the MV...From what I got she wants her man to accept her wholeheartedly.

Been there. What helped me was getting therapy.Important to vent about everything.There will be times when you'll be really sad too.Reconnect with your friends.Focus on your goals.You have to rediscover you and the beauty of your uniqueness.Me , I started drawing a manga .So pick something.Always remember it was NOT your fault.When you need to cry,do so.Don't hold back and be compassionate with yourself.Take care of yourself.PM me if you need anything <3. Okay,I came to offer advice but truly...you need to dump him. He blamed you for his mistakes!!That means he isn't even repentant. You need to redefine yourself outside of him,to feel worthy and independent.Do something by yourself.As for this guy,please leave him.
