I think you're both remembering different clips/instances, but you'd agree if you got down to it. Ol' what's-his-face is probably feeling like the first clip was kind of extreme (the one with the black dude who slammed the fuck out of the chick), even if a quick jab to the chin might have been completely justified, and you're saying that the one where the old white guy popped that little shit who was beating on him was totally ok, which it was. Just my opinion though.

I mean he did slam the ever loving fuck out of her. She was blurry for the whole 2 frames that it took him to go from "I think I will slam" to "SLAM".

Hey go out and say "I'm white, I'm a male, and I'm proud!", unless, you know, you're cowed.

That's why you gotta get them to like you first, then they'll try to understand how you could ever think that way, but the key is that they'll try to understand. Then you can meet in the middle and come to reasonable, mutual understanding if one is possible, but to do that you have to be ready to like a person like that first. When you go in ready to combat a thousand viewpoints with a thousand counter arguments, it gets to be too much even in the person wants to listen, so you gotta each be wil…

You're right, and I apologize. Not all of us are like that, and it's for those who aren't that I stay here, but the narrative of this thread at least leaned heavily towards what I talked about, which brings up an interesting point-- I used the word "we", though you and I and many others are not guilty of this, because to an outside observer, we are all our collective voice, which is something I don't think a lot of people here realize. When you give in to a spirit of hate, of angry blaming victi…

I like how this is /r/mensrights and we're all giving OP shit for not being more alpha and owning his Tinder shiz. Then, another person like you, called feminists children immediately after engaging in this same thing.

That's what it's all about. People hate pedohiles for the same reason they watch crime documentaries: you don't feel all the ways you're a piece of shit yourself quite as acutely when you set yourself beside Ted Bundy.

I wish this would have been the case. I honestly, to my core, thought that I was with a "good" person, but I'm having to hire a P.I. to find my her so that I can meet my daughter. I was going to use my tax return to do it, but today I found out that it was garnished for child support; child support that I tried to initiate in order to begin custody proceedings only to be told that I needed a physical address (the P.O. wouldn't work apparently) to even hire a lawyer. But she can just say "I'd lik…

Be like "mom, as long as I live under your roof, you can force me to say anything, or behave in any way, but this is something that I do not believe in: it's something that I've researched for myself. If you choose to force your way in this, all that will happen is you will gain a quiet son, and lose a bit of the connection we share. Imagine how our relationship will look as I become an adult and move out if you are unwilling to meet me at my ideas and instead threaten me for the things I choose…

Who are we to doubt the inviolate maternal instinct? I'm just glad the poor baby doesn't have to be in a home with an adult male... The thought of such a thing..

That's what I hate about this sub.. It's like everyone collects the worst done against them, like they're collecting ammo, but I think we should be going at this with tears and flowers of peace, saying "sometimes [blank] hurts me, and I don't feel like it's ok to say anything.." and things like that. But no, it's all turning into this big who does the worst competition..

I will. Do the courts really accept that kind of thing? Like second hand testimony by close acquaintances? I don't know what I expected out of all of this, but it's all so grey and wishy washy. In any case, I'll be aware I may need their help. How should I document things? Is my word written down good enough, or should I like, I dunno, take a picture of said soccer practice?

It is that I have no rights until my name is on her birth certificate and inherent to my wife upon birth, only a little worse: I have had no rights because my name was not on her BC, despite still being legally married, and until I chose to voluntarily begin the whole child support process, I couldn't even get my name on it. So, in other words, a mom can skip town, not tell the doc she's married, name the kid after her, and then to be able to start the process for establishing paternity, without…

It wasn't until our daughter was born, then I filed for paternity with my states oag, and as soon as that goes through, then it will have been abandonment.

Yeah, it's chock full of little fuck upitudes. Like the second page it says "it's a common misconception that women are the sole caregivers in Texas. This simply isn't true. Women make up 90%", well ok, it said "This simply isn't true. Men make up 10%", but it's the same thing and they try to play it off like it's a good thing. Further down it's like "A lot of men think that if they don't show up to court and later take a paternity test, nothing will happen. This is not true. The court's ruling …

I've thought of it, but I have no idea how that would affect my odds of getting custody, and my wife left me four months in the pregnancy, so with the whole "parental abandonment" thing, my lawyer thinks I have a pretty good shot of better than 50/50. Just scared to rock the boat when so much of this process seems to be about looking good and kissing ass. And, you know, not to mention, this shit is so expensive.

Aw man, I'm sorry. There's no real etiquette for that kind of thing, but I guess I'll go disclaim it.

"I've had intact men ask me "how long can I grow my foreskin?"" Seriously. WTF. Can you imagine how a talk would go at a foreskin competition? "An inch and a half of overhang? Bro. Weak. I use mine to hold my cellphone. Nothing better than mother nature".

I'm all for standing up for mens rights, but this is pure speculation presented in an attempt to engender outrage, no different from saying "my aunt has a friend who is a sociologist and she says that all men are born rapists".

Our doc said to watch out for post-partum as well, after I told him about what was going on. He thought it was hormones, and oh man.. There for the last few weeks, when I could tell something was up, I tried to say to wait, not to do anything rash, that it's entirely plausible that our doc and the internet's general take on it was right, but she changed her phone's background to "to thine own self be true", and not a week later, she was gone.. That she's alone, hurting, and that the wife I know,…

TL;DR: Well this turned into story time, so no worries if you don't want to read it, but I'll still post it in case anyone's curious. I don't think she has another guy, but I never would have thought that she would have been the type to do what she did either. I mean, she's this really, really nice person. Genuinely nice, almost childishly so, in a way. We spent almost every second together when we weren't working, but I have to admit I still wonder, because it would explain why she left the way…

I can't imagine answering my daughter someday if she asked "why didn't you try to find me?".. at least.. that's what I tell myself. It just feels like I should be doing this.

Yeah, my boss is filthy rich, and said she was the best in town, so I checked her out first. I guess she charges like she's the best in town, too. I have an appt with another lawyer in town tomorrow, though. I'm hoping that the rates will be doable. I own all my property from house to car to land, so even though I make very little these days, I would imagine I'll be able to swing more than most in my position.

I've spent every day since she left fixing up a small house I bought. It's almost ready, now. I've tried everything I can think of to find her, though.. I drove to her mom's house the next state over and found out she'd moved a few months ago, I went to her work and she'd left there shortly after leaving me, I tried pulling up birth records, but I can't seem to find anything.

Thank you, I had never heard of this before. There's a branch in my city, and I set up an appt to file paper work tomorrow. I'm hoping they'll be able to help me find her, but you don't think that's something they do?

Thank you. Sincerely, thank you. I ended up deleting the post, because there was so much hate and what looked like projection of that hate onto my own situation. I don't want to be bitter, and I don't want to hate her. You are a voice of reason in a sea of nastiness, probably echoing and embodying the original spirit of theredpill. Thank you.

We are common law, but had a ceremony and everything. All our bills were separate, but I'd still like to do what's right and help us both get on our feet again, which brings me to the joint acct. I thought there was a kind of bank account where two parties have to agree to any withdrawals before they allow them. I was planning on that. It was her idea to just take the cash, mine was the joint account. I'm sure she's worried about me doing the same thing I'm worried she will do; take frivolously,…
