2	Newbie It did help, thanks man. I've seen the Amy Cuddy video before; it's brilliant. I'm mostly self conscious at the moment because I'm overweight. I've been losing a lot of weight recently; should I try this after I lose my gut and moobs? Apart from that, everything you listed here is very good advice.
