The poor grammar makes me think this guy isn’t aware of a lot and isn’t telling us a lot of things that are relevant to his situation.

The concept of your family vs our family is problematic, especially after so many years together. She should never feel like the family you two created is less than or challenged by your own nuclear family in any way. Nor should you. Clearly that’s a deep issue. Additionally, the MIL conflict is not normal either. As much as people bitch about in-laws, it’s unusual for the conflict to be so heavy. Understanding where that’s coming from will be key as well. Yea bro I hate to advocate cheating but it’s definitely an option when you get out in that situation. She clearly doesn’t want to have sec with you then why does she care if you get it somewhere else if it’s just sex?

The way you are talking tells me that you were never really together. It sounds like a very one sided partnership. Get what you can and move on. Live for yourself and find someone who loves you back. I know it hurts to think about all the years and tears you wasted putting her on your shoulders. But she is never going to care about that and you can’t undo it. Move on.

There’s no fixing what people won’t acknowledge is a problem. You either jet or stay and acquiesce. Choose your path wisely. I’d bail out if put in your shoes. Good luck brother.

Sorry man, I feel for you. I’m getting sucked down a similar path and the idea of having everything taken away after giving so much that there is nothing left of you is pretty bleak. Just know you’re not the only one out there going through it.
