I feel this. When my ex was going through the death of her grandmother she had very violent mood swings. Fortunately she never got physical with me, but she did put a couple holes in our walls. We're very similar. I'm 6'4" 230 lbs, and she was 5'3" and 120 lbs soaking wet. I don't know if she had some kind of iron deficiency, because she bruised easier than a banana. We often got looks when we were out and she wore shorts or short sleeves. One time she even told me that a bartender had asked if …

Yea. I think a big part of it was that I was on a really rough shift for my job. Gym was closed when I got off work at midnight, and it was so easy to ignore my alarm in the morning. I went back to graveyard. That shift always worked well for me because I would go to the gym when I got off work at 8am right when they open , and it's on my way home. I've decided I'm going to do a photo a day challenge and list my weight with each photo. I want to make a timelapse of everything. Another factor as …

Yea I've always been a people pleaser. Borderline impossible for me to say no l, especially to a loved one. In terms of helping her, it was mostly to play nice while we were going through the divorce. She said she wanted a fair division, but I didn't want to do anything to make her change her mind. I didn't want to give her any more than I had to. About the gym at first my motivation was purely to get back into the shape I was in when we met, so that she could see what she gave up on. Turns out …

Oh I know, I don't talk to her anymore. I did that during the divorce proceedings. I was just trying to be as nice as I could to move it along and help myself keep the terms as favorable as possible. Once I accepted there was nothing I could do to change her mind that is. Thing is my job is 10-12 hours a day of hauling trailers, so I could park one in my sleep now. Plus while I was watching her try when she first brought it to our house, she almost took out the power pole in front of our house, …

I seriously thought about it. I fell into a very bad place after my ex left me. I wasn't a perfect husband but I gave her everything, and was basically on my own providing for us. My family is what got me through it. Mostly remembering how hard my mom took it when my older brother attempted suicide as a teen. I knew it'd be worse for her if I actually did it, and I couldn't bear to be the cause of that kind of pain for her. Now over a year layer I'm not 100% back but I'm in a much better place. …

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
