You know what, good try. These are the general ideas of the things that we want. We want paid paternity leave that is equal for men and women. Various other things that are like that. Especially fully paid medical care like every other first world goddamn Nation. If we have to do something like this, that isn't exactly Fair all around but is still at least fair for one party. I'm okay with it. If this is what it takes to start. I don't know. Maybe I'm crazy

I consider myself an MRA. This is what I have done or what I think. I'm not an expert and I'm going to get shit for what I'm saying I think. I understand that none of this is fair to you by the way, OP. You may end up having to make a choice. Do you accept them for who they are warts and all, let it go, Which you may have to do in order to continue to have some sort of friendship/ stay safe professionally. Remember, just because they're talking doesn't mean you have to participate. Your silence …

This is one of my favorite quotes. It's always a joy when I get to use it.

Imo, What would be a big help? Just listen to men in general and I mean actually listen and consider what they're saying. When a man speaks his truth or is vulnerable It's extremely rare that I see anything other than dismissal or vitriol. Would you want to associate with someone who was constantly treating you poorly?

Agreed. It's not any better. It's not any worse either. Historically, women in power have issues just like men in power. Some of those issues are similar even.

For me it's usually casual misandry that I run across. Comments, jokes, assumptions or turns of phrase that wouldn't fly if you flipped the genders. I'm going to guess that's a super common occurrence for just about every man though. One that I dealt with specifically was the phrase be a man or grow up sometimes use interchangeably. Effectively used to shut down my feelings or dismiss my concerns. These days it's worse than ever on the internet, but in person I have been able to cultivate some p…

Funny enough. I felt this way in my twenties but now that I'm in my 40s I have cultivated close masculine friendships. The men around me care way more than any woman has ever given a shit. They don't judge me. I can be myself without filter. They have proven repeatedly that I can count on them and they want nothing from me in return beyond my time and friendship. You can find the right tribe.

Really want to know? Try to say anything positive about men online. You'll find out quick.

I wonder if you have that same energy about the January 6th insurrectionist riots.

On a related note, did I hear something about a state trying to make genetic testing a requirement with birth? Anybody know anything more about that? I mean I can Google it but What I'm looking for is maybe a little insight.

Most people aren't like this. Unfortunately, the most disgusting filth ridden creatures tend to use their platforms to be the loudest.

This is either a really pathetic attempt at trolling or the absolute most blazingly stupid and out of touch thing I've read in a while. Either you don't know anything about how humans work or you are so amazingly bitter that you truly believe ALL women are both able to read men's minds and are malicious calculating monsters. Either way, that's impressive. Congratulations. Believe it or not, just like men, they are actually human (regardless of what you may or may not think) and again, just like …

I love it when women bitch about it to me. So you keep dating fuck boys huh? Where do you go to find a date? The club you say? Well no wonder you keep ending up with fuck boys THAT'S WHERE THEY LIVE STUPID. If you don't like the type of people that end up hitting on you go somewhere else. If you have a particular type of guy that you are interested in, figure out what types of hobbies they would like and join a group!

Tldr: Men and women both often DO feel entitled to shit from each other. Neither owes anyone anything. Bitter pill. Lots of guys feel entitled to women in one way or another. When they don't get it they become aggressive or bitter. Won't take no for an answer. I've seen it over and over. "Nice guy" Is a fantastic example. Be honest, most of us have seen a dude that acted like a simp, got shot down and just lost his shit on some poor girl who thought she had a friend and didn't realize they had u…

And context doesn't matter either. Had similar shit happen to me on Facebook because I have an extremely fucking colorful vocabulary. I was reported for bullying LOL. I wasn't even god damn talking about anyone or really too anyone. I was commenting on a situation and I have a particular style of emphasis.

Oh yeah there's definitely A greater health issue. The life expectancy in the United States is actually declined in 2019. It does seem to be on the way back up slowly though.
