8	Massive approach anxiety problems. Just get into the habit of talking to strangers. Sometimes when I'm walking around alone what I do is sit down next to strangers, shake their hands, introduce myself, and begin a conversation. Sometimes I like to break social norms, do something stupid. It lets yourself understand that it isn't as bad as it really is you know. Sets the state of mind you want to be in.
