I agree with most of what you say execpt the strong and independent part on women. I think those are just characteristics of both sexes. You do not seem to know much about Japan... Unlike the West there number one priority is their company, litterally the country with the highest rate of unsatisfied women. Obviously they would create an app like this to attempt to fullfill some people's emotional needs, so that they eventually become machines that do not even have to go home.

Preach dude. I keep reading in this sub about getting buffed etc... I used to work out alot, and I have to admit when you have no confidence it is a good start point.
