Ex wife just told me she isn't going to let me see my kids for Father's Day. There is nothing I can do about it. When will this stop?We have similar laws but unfortunately like most things it's a long drawn out court battle with poor results. The thing I have on my side is that this all been pre-mediated and all documented...by her, through text. Which I hope will help me. But I've been contacting lawyers to take this to the next level. I'm tired of watching these abuses of my children happen. | /r/MensRights | 17/06/17 04:06 PM

Ex wife just told me she isn't going to let me see my kids for Father's Day. There is nothing I can do about it. When will this stop?Thank you so much for your thoughts. It means allot to know that there are people out there thinking about me and my children. I love the idea you presented. I've lost so much time with my kids already and I think recording things just like you explained would mean the world to them maybe when they have children of their own. I struggle every moment that I don't get t see them and maybe knowing that later on down the road will help them through their hard moments. Honestly thank you for this ide… | /r/MensRights | 17/06/17 05:12 AM

Ex wife just told me she isn't going to let me see my kids for Father's Day. There is nothing I can do about it. When will this stop?I do understand and it sucks that this is how it works. You are exactly right and I'm sorry you're going through the same thing. | /r/MensRights | 16/06/17 03:57 PM
Ex wife just told me she isn't going to let me see my kids for Father's Day. There is nothing I can do about it. When will this stop?I understand exactly what your saying and I have mentioned in messages to my ex in the past, during similar situations, the unfairness of her actions. Her responses have always been that she will drag me through courts and knows she will win because she's the mother. It's that kinda of response that is the worst slap in the face possible. We live in a world with so much focus on equality and yet fathers a still looked down upon as unfit and unable to be parent equal to or even better than mother… | /r/MensRights | 16/06/17 03:21 PM
Ex wife just told me she isn't going to let me see my kids for Father's Day. There is nothing I can do about it. When will this stop?A judge who would ever even consider that has no soul. I'm sorry you guys are going through that it's absolutely heart wrenching to have children used as tools against you. | /r/MensRights | 16/06/17 03:11 PM
Ex wife just told me she isn't going to let me see my kids for Father's Day. There is nothing I can do about it. When will this stop?I called them and had a good discussion with a very informed police officer. The officer stated that due to laws in the state I live in there is nothing that they have the ability to do. However the officer stated the option to file reports for documentation and to keep personal records to use in courts later on. | /r/MensRights | 16/06/17 03:07 PM
Ex wife just told me she isn't going to let me see my kids for Father's Day. There is nothing I can do about it. When will this stop?Wow that's great information thank you. | /r/MensRights | 16/06/17 03:04 PM
Ex wife just told me she isn't going to let me see my kids for Father's Day. There is nothing I can do about it. When will this stop?Great idea! This is the tactic I've taken this far in messages to her. When she sent me the message stating she was going to deny me time with my kids I responded by telling her I'd be at the designated spot to pick up my children at the designated time according to our decree. And that's all I said. Pictures and purchases are a smart move thank you. | /r/MensRights | 16/06/17 03:02 PM
Ex wife just told me she isn't going to let me see my kids for Father's Day. There is nothing I can do about it. When will this stop?I didn't know there was such a thing. I live two miles from the courthouse I'm going down there to try and do this today. | /r/MensRights | 16/06/17 03:00 PM
Ex wife just told me she isn't going to let me see my kids for Father's Day. There is nothing I can do about it. When will this stop?I would absolutely love that. I have always told my children that I would love to have them all the time but that I would never try and take more time than what their mother gets. I believe parents deserve equal time. That being said, as often as my ex has done things like this to me knowing there's nothing I can do about and nothing the courts will do about it, full custody sounds amazing! | /r/MensRights | 16/06/17 02:58 PM
Ex wife just told me she isn't going to let me see my kids for Father's Day. There is nothing I can do about it. When will this stop? That's a really good idea! | /r/MensRights | 16/06/17 02:50 PM
Ex wife just told me she isn't going to let me see my kids for Father's Day. There is nothing I can do about it. When will this stop?Couldn't have said it better myself! Sorry you're in the same boat. Children are a tool to so many women in the world to get what they want from the men they used to control. | /r/MensRights | 16/06/17 02:50 PM
Ex wife just told me she isn't going to let me see my kids for Father's Day. There is nothing I can do about it. When will this stop?Thank you. I don't have much money so a lawyer is out of the question but I have been doing as much research on how to file with the courts on my own. I've even started writing a letter to representatives in my area to continue pushing awareness of the injustices too many fathers face with custody laws. Thank you for the support. | /r/MensRights | 16/06/17 02:47 PM
Ex wife just told me she isn't going to let me see my kids for Father's Day. There is nothing I can do about it. When will this stop?Thank you. I hate that anyone has to do what your uncle has to deal with. One of my children is male. I have even asked her if this is how she wants things to be for our son if he ever faces divorce and she never has a response. I wish the legal system would create better avenues for men to see their children and be a larger part of their lives. | /r/MensRights | 16/06/17 06:47 AM
Ex wife just told me she isn't going to let me see my kids for Father's Day. There is nothing I can do about it. When will this stop?Good advice. I've been saving every text message for this reason. | /r/MensRights | 16/06/17 06:45 AM
Ex wife just told me she isn't going to let me see my kids for Father's Day. There is nothing I can do about it. When will this stop?Respect. You're a wise kid and shouldn't have to be. Enjoy your youth as much as you can. The things you and my kids and every kid of divorce has to go through simply isn't fair for you. You will do great things, I can tell. | /r/MensRights | 16/06/17 03:19 AM
Ex wife just told me she isn't going to let me see my kids for Father's Day. There is nothing I can do about it. When will this stop?Thank you for sharing your side of this kind of situation. It sucks that you have to go trough it. My kids are already there but for now the court system has let them down. They bring it up to their mother weekly and she tells them that it was the courts decision not hers. | /r/MensRights | 16/06/17 03:11 AM
Ex wife just told me she isn't going to let me see my kids for Father's Day. There is nothing I can do about it. When will this stop?Thank you for saying that. My kids are my life. I agree with what you are saying but I don't want to have to wait that long. I want every second with them that's possible right now. I wish there was more on the legal side of things to creat equality between parents and the time they get their kids. I'm sorry your father wasn't there for you. | /r/MensRights | 16/06/17 03:06 AM

Ex wife just told me she isn't going to let me see my kids for Father's Day. There is nothing I can do about it. When will this stop?Thank god you found a reasonable judge. I'd consider that a small win for sure!! | /r/MensRights | 16/06/17 01:20 AM
Ex wife just told me she isn't going to let me see my kids for Father's Day. There is nothing I can do about it. When will this stop?I'm proud of you for continuing to fight for what's yours. Has it made any difference? Are you getting legal fees awarded? | /r/MensRights | 16/06/17 01:09 AM
Ex wife just told me she isn't going to let me see my kids for Father's Day. There is nothing I can do about it. When will this stop?I'm sorry brotha. Custody should always be 50/50 unless a parent opts out or is found incompetent. You deserve to see your kids and your kids deserve to see you. I hate to twist the knife in your back but it didn't make my ex any better when she remarried so don't count on it. Her husband is in the same situation as majority of us fathers and he's very good to my kids. You would think she would have more sympathy and understanding watching him go through the same thing but it hasn't changed a th… | /r/MensRights | 16/06/17 01:07 AM
Ex wife just told me she isn't going to let me see my kids for Father's Day. There is nothing I can do about it. When will this stop?I appreciate the support. I don't mean to post based solely on my emotions, I feel like there's a lot of men out there going through very similar circumstances and there is nothing just or fair about it. Worse yet is the options to do anything about it are also very limited. | /r/MensRights | 16/06/17 12:50 AM
#MenAreTrash CountermemeYou are correct that I didn't mean it as a bad thing. I simply meant that it's so blatantly illogical for anyone in their right mind to say one gender is trash vs another. All it does is spit in the face of everyone who has sacrificed their life or abilities to help others. I understand your point as well. It's infuriating that the job isn't given to the most qualified, based on skill. I don't care what gender you are or what color your skin is. All I care about is the ability to perform the tas… | /r/MensRights | 20/05/17 06:40 AM
#MenAreTrash Countermeme343 firefighters died on 9/11 guess how many were women? Zero. I'm not bashing women for not being one of those numbers at all, however, for anyone to say men are trash is to spit on the sacrifice every man has given for the good of others. | /r/MensRights | 20/05/17 05:52 AM
