I agree partially with the idea that a lot of it is people just being lazy and not wanting it, but another part of it is people not knowing where to begin. Just eating grilled chicken and eggs gets old after about 2 days, so you have to learn how to cook healthy meals, which a lot of people never had the opportunity to do.
