Is no-one going to comment that the mother's instinct was to take a picture and post it on social media? This child was really sick. Imagine if they ended up dying? I'm sure the conversation would be a different one then.

Interesting. I've always thought of it like this. People know if you look at them - whether implicitly or explicitly. So if a girl walks in and you look at her and then look away, look at her then look away....and then finally walk up to her; she knows that you weren't confident enough to go right up right away.
