Can confirm, Went from being a skinny 5"6 120lbs to being hovering between 155 to 165lbs and fairly lean (I cut in summer). It's made a huge difference to my life. Even though i power lift instead of bodybuilding the increased muscle mass get's noticed and my life transformed almost instantly as soon as my gains started showing.
