These are the kind of people who would blame a man trying to stop a woman from repeatedly kicking him in the face of assault.

The guy was already unconscious laying in the street when she glassed him. I'd consider that attempted murder and in that context 12 years is still a fucking pass.

Have you ever tried online dating? I have yet to talk to a woman who DOESN'T think I'm going to rape and murder them if they meet up with me. It's not like you have all my personal information, like full name, phone #, home address or anything to identify and report me if I did.

Simply being well known on the internet, whether intentional or not, will give anyone death threats. Every time I see something like this happen, they get death threats. I was in Cincinnati last September for a plant conference. Really cool city; nothing hugely special or different but just a very well managed clean place. They also have the best quality water in the whole country, IMO. Go checkout the zoo there, and spring grove cemetery for some amazing old growth trees.

A huge portion of music in general is love songs, and the majority of it is written and composed by men. It's sort of inescapable. For me, the words don't matter as much as how the music makes me feel. This is why I can listen to foreign music and some forms of christian rock.

The hamster wheel is spinning, telling her that college is the time to experiment and try everything and do whatever feels right. Doesn't matter who she hurts or what the real world ramifications are, as long as she's getting her little experiences. I hear this justification ALL the time. I love at around 10 minutes when this woman claims milo was shouting at her from across the room when she was just straight up interrupting him while he was trying to talk. There's that victimization narrative in full effect.

I think it's great, and I realize I'm in the minority here. I don't want biological kids of my own, even if I was in a LTR with a woman. Humanity has evolved beyond the point living solely to pass on our genetic material. I'd rather leave my mark on society through raising a child as best I can. Considering how many kids need parents, I almost think it's irresponsible to birth your own children. I realize that's a somewhat radical view.

Agreed, assuming her claims are completely true. We're hearing just one side of the story here, and I doubt she would become a target for no good reason (Not that these actions against her are necessarily justified). It's too bad we're not hearing anything from the alleged harassers yet.

I'm living my life and trying to have fun. At the same time, I plan to start a business in the next year and explore what entrepreneurship can bring me. I have a good job that already supports me, so there's no risk in it and I hope it can take off and bring me some serious wealth. That, or win the lottery. Besides that, I fix up my home and enjoy my hobbies (Video games, music production, gardening, homebrew electronics). Give your life meaning; don't wait for others to give it too you.

I read a few of the linked articles; the titles are all biased to shock casual readers. The exhibit D especially was funny. By his account, the wife was out shopping with friends all day while he worked at his job everyday. I mean, you're asking the MGTOW community if an anti-MGTOW person has a valid opinion. You shouldn't expect much variety in the response here; we're all gonna say that he's wrong. Either way, his ad hominem attacks against this whole group of people is obviously very ignorant, and doesn't lend his side of the discussion ANY credibility whatsoever. Every day I find more reasons to simply avoid women in any aspect besides strictly professional. The ones I work with are unavoidable, but I'm not even really interested in socializing with them anymore. There's just so much risk. I still believe NAWALT, but how do you even begin to sort through them and find the ones who won't eventually claim you've assaulted them? You'll always be rolling those dice.

I'll start by saying that I very much dislike Obama. He's proven himself as anti-privacy and in favor of internet freedom restrictions. That being said, I don't see anything really awful about his recent executive actions on gun control. Honestly, I assumed a background check was already required when any person buys a gun. In Illinois there's a background check and a waiting period. I'm sort of dumbfounded that this isn't already a federal law. And besides that, this action also aims at making …

Oh man this dude is PISSED haha. I'd like him to give me 1 good reason as too how it's my responsibility to make sure these people aren't being assaulted. Seriously, how is it my job to do that? Women well within my "league" talking down too me, ignoring me, being terribly vapid, assuming that I'm a murderer/rapist, and just acting generally privileged as if I need to pander too them or GTFO. All they do is play games and chase chads, and I'm at the point where I don't consider the pussy worth the trouble. That basically led me to red pill, which ended up leading me here. Isn't this an embarrassing thing for her to admit? I mean, this woman is basically admitting that she's attracted to his fame and money. Of course she feels regret, but you don't outright admit it and broadcast to the whole world how shallow you are. I guess this one is truly shameless.

The ones we hire at the institution I work for are pretty awful, typically. Our full time staff is all men, and our part time staff is all men. We hire 3-5 seasonal employees each year and they tend to be younger in college or about to enter. The girls we get are 9/10 times horrendous. That isn't to say we don't get brilliant women who DO work hard, or that we don't get horrible men who DON'T work hard, but the trend is more often in favor of the women being very poor employees. It's all a misrepresentation of mgtow there. We don't want to see women suffer or be abused any more than we want to see men be abused. We object to the special treatment women get against men because they're viewed as weaker and less capable by society, even though they have many socioeconomic advantages. The women get lower prison sentences for the same crimes, they get more in divorce rulings, and they have statistical advantages over men in the workplace right now. I don't care what women do…

I had a GF years ago who would do this shit. She would instigate fights with me over nothing to get me mad and justify her own dissatisfaction with our relationship. She made me fight her so she could tell herself that I was a villain and she was the saint in her mental narrative. I predict that this guy's wife will cheat on him or try to leave him in the next few years, because she "needs excitement in her life."

Such garbage. "I'm not the victim type; I was raised to be strong and independent." "Let me list off all the things that I've just accepted will happen to me, being a poor helpless woman." And all this trash about jokes and name calling, as if no boy has ever been called a rotten name or been picked on. This whole thing is such willful ignorance of a whole other side to this whereby men are subjected to at least as much shit as women. Hell, the men in this world by vast majority teach their kids…

Pop culture fetishises love so much, it's no wonder people end up chasing it alongside money and power. It's just another form of validation: proving to yourself that somebody loves you and wants you. It's when you learn that that validation isn't necessary for you to be happy and self sufficient that you can truly become free. Find a life for yourself, don't let somebody else give it too you.

Honestly, at this point I just dgaf anymore. I last dated a woman 6 years ago, and I've been chasing them for the past few years but I've basically given up. I would absolutely adopt a child/teen and raise them. I kinda crave nurturing someone and taking care of them/devoting and sacrificing my time and energy to raise them properly to be a good person. I probably will never have biological children out of principal, so it's a pretty good option.

Things won't change until there's an entire paradigm shift in how people view men and masculinity. Until we can divorce manliness from being entirely unemotional thugs, men's feelings will always be brushed aside as unimportant.

I always find it hilarious when someone accuses men of being shallow and obsessed with looks, as if women are incapable of being attracted to handsome men purely because they've got a 6 pack. It's all a part of this narrative we've all been fed since we were children of men being aggressive pursuers of beautiful and vulnerable women, but we all know how much bullshit that is.
/r/MGTOW28/11/15 05:07 PM
4

"It's not that hard to make a girl happy" I'm so sick of this entitled mentality of everyone needs to pamper you and cater too you. Take some responsibility for your own life and stop seeking validation from men. These women have no backbone; they can't provide for themselves, care for themselves, make decisions for themselves or even keep themselves happy apparently.
/r/MGTOW28/11/15 05:03 PM

I would terminate my paternal rights and let her have a dandy time raising her new kid. Of course, I'm pretty sure that I never want a biological child, so that's an easy decision. If I were a little more on the fence, I might consider it more.

There's a lot of truth too this. The job market is basically flooded with kids who have gotten undergrad degrees, so they become essentially useless. That's an interesting challenge. I guess what you're asking, in less condescending tone, is would a man who's already getting all the women he wants still potentially turn to mgtow? I would argue that any man's level of "game"at picking up women still doesn't protect him from false rape accusations, or all the societal bias towards women, or getting fucked in a divorce. 6 years here; after a while I really stopped giving a shit about sex and don't really see it as worth the trouble anymore. I know a lot of people would consider that pathetic/weak, but I'm pretty happy and content with things being like this for now. My advice: save your date money to buy a decent sex toy.

Bought a house in July at 27, pretty happy with living alone so far. I have no pets, but one might be nice as I do miss the companionship.

I get that, but why is travelling put up on a pedestal as the perfect activity? Everyone I talk too about it can't stop telling me what an amazing experience it was to go to X and do Y. More often than not it seems like a lot of women going out and getting drunk to bang exotic men. Also, are you not making an enjoyable memory when you're at home doing something with friends?

I'm curious: do you consider any form of dating detrimental too your lifestyle/mgtow philosophy? I haven't been on a date in years but even if I had decided to go out, my goal is to find some companionship and love without committing. I don't really think there's anything wrong with dating while not marrying/committing to somebody.

I actually hear that consumerism is bad and spending less money on material things is good far more than I hear anybody ACTUALLY tell me that they're not ashamed of buying things. This article seems like it's just telling me that traveling is the end-all thing you can spend your money and time doing, because it means you're such a deep complex individual for experiencing different cultures and places. It's pretty much BS, too me. You pay money for a flight, you go to a place that's different fro…

Well, that's really stupid. They're even encouraging the boys to remain standing until all the girls have finished seating themselves. Why are the girls at this school so damn helpless? The only lesson for these kids is that the girls will get everything for free and will never need to work for anything.

I can't answer that for you, but it seems that you've at least got the right idea about relationships. Lots of the men here have objections to supporting a spoiled girl who refuses to contribute; this mirrors the opinions of several girls I know who literally want to marry rich and get stoned on beaches all day. I would assume that lots of men would jump on a woman who believes both should contribute too their shared life. There must be something that we're not seeing or you're not including. On…

Been single 6 years & every woman I talk too makes me realize more and more how much they're all scum. Most of the women I know are unmotivated and looking for a free ride from a wealthy guy. It basically kills my desire to date: knowing how so many of them think this way.

I haven't been on so much as a date in 6 years, but I'm honestly the kind of person who really gushes affection when I'm in a relationship. Problem is, they always want more and more and inevitably you're gonna be abused and drained.

Can I just take a moment to ask: what the fuck is it with women and dogs? I get it, people like their pets, but almost every woman I know loves dogs. It's crazy disproportionate to the guys I know who love dogs. What the fuck is it with dogs?

Could she berate this guy anymore? His reaction is totally valid, and she jumps immediately to telling him that he's insecure about himself and has no right to her history.

I understand the point that rape doesn't happen without a rapist. Putting a woman in a room entirely alone gives her no chance of being rapped, even if she's naked and passed out. But come on, in the real world where those sorts of people exist, there needs to be a level of caution. If a woman goes out wearing revealing clothing and gets drunk too the point where she can't even talk, she's all the more enticing to a rapist. Chrissie isn't wrong in stating that opinion. I also don't think this is…

Feminism is something that I consider detrimental to society in general, not just my dating life. When men are above women in status and opportunity, there's a problem. Putting women above men does not solve that problem. We should really be asking for gender equality, and not hold bias towards either side. As far as my dating life goes, it doesn't matter. In general I meet more entitled and self righteous women than I do feminists, which is just as bad.

Don't women find it degrading to rely on someone else to provide everything for them? I've had people tell me that men forgot how to be gentlemen and they should always pay. No thanks, I'm not an auxiliary wallet and if you have a job you can pay for yourself.

I honestly cannot figure out the point of traveling. To me it seems like a way for people to meet more exotic people to fuck. Sure there's sights to see and such, but stories from my friends who do some traveling always end with a booze soaked party and hooking up with some foreign guy or gal. It seems like a pointless endeavor people take that they can boast about how cultured and intellectual they are, when really they just sat on an airplane for a few hours and took a cab to a tourist spot.

I really don't buy that. If anything, porn lowers my standards because I think about sex more and all kinds of women seem more attractive. Nothing can replace actual physical sex, and in that moment I've never had a problem, despite daily porn use.

Honestly, I can see what you're saying and truthfully I'd be pretty open to a GF fucking other guys on some occasions, but this is a married woman. Even if you don't care about the religious "Sanctity of marriage" stuff, it's still a level above a LTR that should warrant monogamy, or at least that's what this guy expected.

There are so many people who believe this kind of shit. The guy should just serve the woman and do whatever she wants to keep her happy. Isn't that just fucked up? Shouldn't both people be happy in a relationship, or marriage? I have a friend who would take his gf to fancy restaurants. He would pay the bill, he hated the food, he would lie to her and say he loved it and sneak other food after the restaurant behind his GF's back. I can't think of anything more dysfunctional than thinking this is …

I had a girlfriend who actually told me I'm not allowed to watch porn while we were dating. It's pretty fucked that any girl thinks she can control my libido like that, or try so hard to take my sexuality hostage like that.

I'm a fucking adult and I can't stand hearing people say "man up." I'm not inclined to do anything outside of what benefits me or makes me happy, and if that's not manly enough, than call me girly. Either way, I don't care what you think defines masculinity.

50 shades of gray is a book about a woman fucking a billionaire and it's sold over a hundred million copies. Women like saying they want a guy with personality, but there will always be another guy with enough money to steal her away from even the best relationship with a poor guy and his great personality.

Hey, good for them! I'll be sure to not buy any of their books. I honestly don't understand where people think more men get published then women because of their sex. It's a book; I won't know if a man or woman wrote it until I read the author name, and even then I wouldn't care one bit. I don't understand how this is even a thing...

It's really crazy how ingrained the social culture is for everyone. My workmate and I have been single for a while, doing online dating stuff for months and what have you. We're about 2 years apart in age and certainly not the most attractive men around (Me overweight, him balding) but we're both the kind of guys who WOULD be in a committed LTR with the right woman. My mate even tells me that he is wanting to start a family and whatnot, and I've just bought a house and am completely self-suffici…

Wow, your synopsis pretty much hit it on the head. Just because some men don't want marriage and kids doesn't mean they're irresponsible and can't be self sufficient. This whole article is pretty condescending. Also, it's such BS when men are accused of "taking advantage of women" by having sex. It takes 2 consenting parties and EITHER of them can always say no if they want an engagement ring first. I'm seriously just rolling my eyes as I read it. EDIT: "Victory isn’t achieved by living your lif…
