| 1 | Is pull-out + condom + safe day (in my menstrual cycle) = safe enough?For 2 years now, I have had unprotected sex on safe days and used the pull out method on fertile days and have not gotten pregnant. HOWEVER, my cycles used to be irregular and the current plan would not work had I not gone on the pill for several months to make my cycles extremely predictable. I do not recommend this method unless you are in a position where pregnancy would not be an issue. Unless you have a specific disorder, typically infertility is not an issue before your mid-30s. I wouldn’t about it, and I’m sure an OBGYN could address your concerns better.
