All of different office jobs I had with middle aged female majority, they would joke about your appearance, dick jokes etc. Noone cared, what you are describing is a demographic of lonely men who lack female attention. Same can be said in middle aged females who hit the wall.

Awesome, this is the secret no one is telling people. Personally I do this twice a week prep for 3 days to keep it fresher and using a frozen vegetable mix to have some variety of veggies. Keep it up! Edit: mixing it up between rice/buckwheat(op)/couscous is also good way to not get bored.

I went from 280 to 210 in 7 months. I would suggest you to forget all that cardio crap ( it is waste of energy that you are already low on diet) focus on building muscle tissue which consumes kcals like crazy. Another advice is to lower resting times during workouts. Edit: all my sets were minimum of 15 reps with moderate weight i even gained muscle while loosing weight.

Make your exercises harder, more complicated or reduce resting periods so it requires all your attention. Sitting/resting too long between sets or exercises makes me loose focus and think about other unrelated stuff. So don't give your mind a chance and get right back into it.

I am married to a frugal wife. She thought me does not to waste money and does not spend money herself. We get all types (pork, chicken, vegetables, eggs, etc.) of food from her parents out in the farms and I got a flat in the city from my parents. So our tax/food/car cost us around 400/month max. All extra goes to saving up, we use the money for holidays/celebrations or big purchases.

Nice work, I started packing my food and going to gym since april, 6'3 tall went from 280 (126kg) to 238 (108kg) so far, half way there. The hardest part is keeping those snacks away after hard workout, when skinny friends buy them all the time. xD

I'm from Eastern Europe and since the feminism is still not among us, we might still take marriage as a good option. But instead we must be wary of materialism, it means that here more and more women are going in for the "provide" rather than "love". So the viable option for me, is to find a female with earnings similar to mine.
