Wow. Incredible to me how often I come in pre-judging her viewpoint and also acting like we are both lawyers arguing. THAT'S NOT LEADING. This was eye-opening for me. Listen, weight the options, make my own decision.

Married 9 years, together 12 m34, f37, 4 kids Reading: NMMNG the Hero’s journey, the masculine in relationship, MAP. I finished Extreme Ownership. That was important for me to continue the OYS idea. PHYSICAL 5’11 183lb, BF Navy Method 19.4% squat 255, Mid-sumo deadlift 315, floor press 205, OHP 145. Finished my 4x10-12 cycle and started the 88866 cycle Sunday. I’m consistently getting stronger on my lifts and improving reps. I will retest maxes after the 12 week cycle. Diet is still hit or miss.…

OYS #5 Married 9 years, together 12 m34, f37, 4 kids Reading: NMMNG the Hero’s journey, the masculine in relationship, MAP. Just finished Zen and the Art of motorcycle maintenance. I'm taking it slow on the other books and letting each lesson sink in, working the exercises. PHYSICAL 5’11 182lb, BF Navy Method 20-21% I have switched up my lifting routine as reverse pyramid training was starting to wear me out and I tweaked my hip. So new maxes, squat 255, Mid-sumo deadlift 315, floor press 205, O…

Thank you for the helpful remarks. Excellent. How often do you initiate weekly, on average? 2-3x weekly. I decided to back off my initiating a bit until I had my frame more under control. Getting butt hurt was happening too often. Memory verses: you are correct. Jesus quoting the bible is a great point. Do you have a Gospel presentation? If not, work on something you can remember - just make sure it's the biblical Gospel. No, but that will become a goal this week. I will get back to you on that…
