20	My boyfriend does all the cooking because of his very high standards with food. I'm self-conscious about it. I'm a guy but would love to expand on this great answer... ask him what prep you could do that would help him! Not all but many chefs love to have a sous chef who cuts, chops, dices and generally prep things so the chef can focus on the cooking. Think of it as being a magician's assistant. You get involved in the activity, you get to learn from him, he gets to teach and you're making his cooking experience better in the long run!
