Guess believing in a fair trial where the state has to prove you guilty of an accused crime is so foolish. Guess we should just believe all accusers then by you logic

Don’t see how valuing the fundamental doctrine of proven beyond a reasonable doubt is white knighting. The case is just a bad example of the claim committing murder and getting away with it. There are countless examples of the system coddling women but this wasn’t one of them. It is an example of how the system should work. You must be proven beyond a reasonable doubt guilty.

Yea but it doesn’t take a legal wiz to understand you can’t say person murdered someone when you can determine if the victim was even alive to begin with

This happened in my hometown. As messed up as it is I agree with the courts ruling. It should have never went to trial at all. The local PD really botched it up

Yea I’m definitely taking every little win I can but it would be nice for once if they got a taste of equality and quit getting coddled by the system. They might be more grateful

I doubt it but I didn’t know how old it was where it was stored or anything I’d say it was damaged in some way but I can’t attribute it to malicious reasons

She was getting thrown out of her apartment and I volunteered to take my daughter in temporarily. When we went to court my daughter was still living with me. She decided not to show up to court and didn’t get a lawyer. So my lawyer proceeded to submit every motion he could get through while she wasn’t there. Moral of the story hire a good lawyer and capitalize on every opportunity that presents itself

I agree they probably at most will give her probation but they stack 2 counts on per child no matter what just to get them to plea out. After having dealt with the CSEA for all this time I can say there is a major difference in how we are treated. They treat me like utter garbage until they read the case and see that I’m the custodial parent.

What an absolute and utter waste of taxpayer dollars. This is the equivalent of buying a car and then destroying in to buy another car because the first one had MANafold written on an engine part. Ridiculous

Here’s so real advice for ya bud. Buckle down concentrate on work. Use your free time to stay busy. Keep your mind occupied. Go to work. Work hard pick up extra shifts or overtime, go home get a hobby that entertains you. Hang out with your other buddies. Don’t have any then join a bowling league or a group club and make some buddies. Enjoy life and be happy

The sea cow that made this argument was built like a pack of busted biscuits. Only thing curvy about her is the speed bump triple chins and her front gut that touches her knees. Honestly there are better looking exhibits in the county fair

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
