I tend to try to do that. It can be tough learning to communicate with some people, because of how people react in general. Even when I'm receiving criticism from a boss or co-worker, my initial reaction (in my mind) is to argue or get annoyed. I never actually do and by the time I cool off, I realize it's not really that big of a deal.

There was a study (too lazy to look up link) that seemed to indicate that people don't usually argue to gain knowledge or to prove someone right or wrong. People mostly argue to win. No need for facts or learning.

Talk to her about it. Her requests are a little bit enthusiastic and immature. She seems new to the whole sub thing and doesn't seem to be thinking responsibly. There needs to be some sort of safety or signal for this to work properly. Be a good dom and demand it of her. Right now she's power subbing, basically. You need to lay down the rules. If you're good at being a dom it doesn't matter if it's all planned out, she'll have quite the experience.

Sounds like you have it covered. I'd advise making it sound spontaneous, like the thought just popped in your head, while you're talking about leaving. Assuming that the conversation is already light and friendly, with some jokes and chemistry here and there, I don't see why not. I've only taken this approach once, but it was with a girl who seemed interested but was oblivous to flirting. It worked.

I'm not one for the whole pickup approach. But I find that if I'm interested in a girl to try to find some interest in common. I live in Los Angeles, though, a city full of transplants and tourists all wanting to go out, do outdoorsy stuff, and have fun. On any given night, I know of things going on from nerdy boardgame events, karaoke, co-ed sports, book clubs, live shows, clubs, etc. The point I'm trying to make I guess is that if I get someone's number, I frame it as that I'm taking them alon…

One more from me. There was this girl who I used to work with who I was quite attracted to. She's super dorky, cute, with a smile that could melt my heart. Our company had a christmas party at a bar and I was drinking a bit and did some flirting and she was super receptive. We make plans to hang out and such and it's all good. Later in the night, I see her dancing with a friend she had came with (a girl). And her and this girl kiss, etc. Later they get into a huge verbal fight outside. But I'm l…

I can' t do it. If I find out someone is in a relationship it's just very rare for me to flirt. However, there was this one time I was really drunk and really into this girl that I met at a bar I was a regular at (we had mutual friends). I was just totally and obvioiusly hitting on her, and even went to an after party and hit on her some more (despite her telling me that she was in a relationship). I felt so embarassed once I got sober and realized how creepy I probably was (I'm normally just a …

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
