Her lawyer told her to put all that, unless she has solid proof (aka police reports) just deny it, judges see that shit all the time. Now you know she can’t be trusted and will lie, document everything and anything, get ready to write your declaration in response. Get a lawyer and don’t communicate with her unless it’s necessary. Try and be reasonable but know she’s looking for anything to use against you. Good luck, it’s gonna suck but will be worth it

I would do therapy with her, you can help her stay sober if you’re back. But if you want to be free and find a new partner now that isn’t a drunk, just file the divorce.

Have your lawyer file to hold her in contempt, show up and document that she didn’t show up, be reasonable but let her hang herself in texts etc, when the judge sees she’s not letting you see your children they will hold her in contempt

Game over man, she either already slept w someone or is working on it. Find a lawyer and talk to them about how to get started, don’t let her know anything. It’s gonna be rough for awhile but you will be happy again.

Always record, its going to save you many headaches in the future. Buy a gopro and turn it on as soon as shes at your door, have it record the entire time shes there. Then film her driving away.

Single moms require alot of attention, I find they usaully want you to do everything for them, since they feel like they do everything for their kids. Some guys like it but for me I want a partner that gives 50%.
