There are also non-constitutional rights, for example, the privacy granted to you via HIPAA. Nothing stops the federal government from protecting abortion via legislation. Before it was overturned individuals had a right, now they don't and the government gets to decide for them on a political basis.

And how is that even slightly relevant? What you originally said was: because of the privilege men have of being able to - for instance - walk down the street and not be overpowered. How does any trait of the person doing the overpowering enter into this claim in even the slightest?

I think the better point is that everyone objectifies literally everyone in their life aside from a select few individuals, which, for most people, is going to be limited to immediate family members, their spouse, and very close friends. This is not a cultural failing but a hard limit of the human mind. Of course feminists objectify people, because they are human beings.
