The fact that you get defensive about every other comment just shows you're about as intelligent as the guy who runs manhood academy. Not only that, redirecting whiners to /r/mgtow, shows how brainwashed you are with ideology. I'm not mgtow, but mgtow has done a heaps for men, including abandoning the alpha/beta/etc structure, thus promoting extreme individualism.
