You're mostly right, but the topic of sex is Taboo in a lot of cultures. Not spoken about in family and basically nonexistent sexED in school. The topic itself brings a lot of insecurity. I don't necessarily have anything against slutiness, but it might be a red flag, might not. Older = less fertile, and even though you yourself are not thinking of having children our brains decide what we find attractive and the fundamentals are the same for everyone. Single mom = extra baggage, you aren't only starting a relationship with the mother at that point. It isn't weird to assume a fellow humans monke brain reacts the same to certain stimuli, especially if no-one has told you any different in life.
