You are assuming she got half his assets and alimony. You may be right, but it's still an assumption, and was never mentioned in the article which is focusing on the child support. And as I've said elsewhere, even as an atheist I find it hard to jump to perjury based on this one piece of "evidence".... She got CHILD SUPPORT to help support HIS CHILDREN. $5K in Manhattan is crap! And if he cheated on her and beat her during their marriage, then yes, she deserves to have left him and gotten money to raise the kids. Man, so many "red pill" readers are just blind haters.

It was a year after the divorce. If the previous arbitration was beforehand, it's not perjury. And again, you folks keep insisting that one lapse makes a person a bad catholic. That's just silly, lots of catholics lapse far more often than that and are still strong believers.

I live in LA. $5K a month is FAR from lavish. I mean you can have a decent place, but $60K a year in LA? You'll have an OK condo and a 4-year old car with a family of 3. You don't live an upper-middle-class lifestyle on that salary in NY. I have no idea where you live but it's likely an area with a MUCH lower cost of living.

You're getting down votes but I agree completely. $5k a month is lavish?! Uh... With 2 kids? Nothing lavish about that, and this seems to be child support. Not alimony.
