Actually that's not even the memo. More like: Damore was fired last year for distributing a memo that argued people should be allowed to investigate alternatives causes for the gender imbalance at google, such as the difference in biology between men and women. Arguing that doing so may offer new and better ways to fix the gender imbalance and have more women software engineers working at Google.

The only thing they advocate for are one sided economic issues that benefit women directly at the expense of men and social issues (like lgbt rights).
