I'm no lawyer, but your experience sounds like assault and battery. The experience I had made me uncomfortable enough that I decided the best decision was to end my night early. My only other option would have been to take more of her abuse. If I would have stepped out the door and got a police officer, I probably could have got her arrested seeing how there were like 200 people in the venue who could have been witnesses.
