At work for example you never know who is going to be the person who has a victim complex and sees discrimination everywhere it doesn't exist. HR are just as annoyed by these people as all of us. They recruit a lot of middle ground women into their cause during times of media hate so at times it seems like they are the majority but when the hot topic hate fades those women merge back into the middle. Same as any other group of people who get angry about a current popular topic (immigration, wealth inequality etc).
