that makes alot of sense and i have thought about that many times. I will start looking into that thank you for explaining. Do you think its best for me to just block her with no reason or stop talking to her and give her a reason?

ok i understand. thank you for clarifying. I think thats what i need to do even thought its just hard to say. once you get that emotional connection its hard to go back to when you just dont give a fuck. im sure when college starts again ill realize that. appreciate the feedback brother. Do you think its best for me to just block her with no reason or stop talking to her and give her a reason?

I dont think you can have a porn addiction. If you beat off 1 or 2 times a day thats fine. The good thing about not beating off tho is you have more motivation to text or snap girls your age that you can actually fuck in real life. If that makes any sense to you idk, but to me if i dont beat off in a day any picture i get of a girl gets me hard and i try harder to flirt, sext, etc.

First of all thank you so much for this post. You are right, i am not using my tools the way i should. I need to start sizing the moment and keep sizing it. When i hangout with the new girl i dont even think about my ex. Its just after i feel guilt, and i dont know why i do. I know its easier said than done, but i need to start thinking rationally. I need to learn how not to react. Thats one of my biggest problems because i am still protective over her when i should not be. what is the best way …

Honestly she just cares about me alot. She was my first real girlfriend and its always hard letting that go if that makes sense. I think my problem is i dont give them a chance, because im so addicted to the emotional relationship that i have with my ex.

i understand that. its just hard because she was my first actual true love. what is the best way to tell her that i'm moving on? i would just block her but her friends are all my friends. and they always pick the girl side

Doing really well. If i were you to keep your pump do hella pushups/pull ups/sit ups. you can over do it with that. Look at pictures of the US army in the 80s/90s. all they had was those 3 exercises and they were bigger than our soldiers today. Dont give up

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
