I've got a business degree, and to be fair I ended up in a job where that helped get through the door, and paid pretty well, but relied more on my own technology interest than my education at school. Business school [undergrad] is useful if you want to be an accountant (50 hrs/week, 40k starting), investment banker (80 hrs/week, 100k starting), or go into a large corporation's business as a cog in the machine. 1	I feel as if I’m starting from the bottom - how do I build up my skills? I enjoy cooking meat the most, and I found getting the Ninja Air Fryer (air convection oven) reduced my steak prep and cooking time by 90%. I used to take my steak out of the fridge (to get to room temp, about 15 mins), pat it dry, season with kosher salt and pepper, then season my cast iron skillet, turn the heat up to 8, sear some butter, then the steak, perfectly 2 minutes each side... then let rest for 4 minutes....
