Here, Ubers are as expensive as taxis and both are expensive as fuck so I either walk or tale the bus, I'll buy a car once I get my first few paychecks (I still live with parents and just got a job as a cleaner, yay) I wear jeans, a czecoslovakian belt, combat boots and a 7€ t-shirt.
