Don't do that, it's awkward. You're essentially saying "I can only kiss you if I trick you into it". Confidence is kissing her when she can see it coming. If you're playing some kind of game or something anywhere during the date, just make a bet on it. Sometimes I say the if I win I get a kiss, or if she's shy I'll say loser gets to choose the stakes. If she loses, she'll usually be like "i dunno what you win, you choose". Bam, you get to decide either way. But seriously, this is kinda gimmicky …

The problem is you never follow through. She TOLD YOU SHE LIKES YOU. Why didn't you set up a f2f immediately? Your texts should be to set up dates not to build attraction. Stop your freaking texts and woo the shit out of her.

It'll work if you are sure how attracted she is to you. But I think I still wouldn't recommend it. It's kind of putting her on a pedestal. I think gestures like this are best when used on someone who is already your girlfriend. As for the creepy part, imagine you're eating out with a good guy friend. If you ever have a plan that is more elaborate than what you would do with any other girl, then you need to not do it. If you feel the need to do anything OTHER than just ask her out, you might want to take a step back or you're probably going to be disappointed.
