Before labelling yourself as being in the friendzone, did you express your interest/feelings to her? If you haven't, then you guys are just friends. It's up to you to change that and being clear in your intentions is crucial. If you have and she rejected you, there's not much you can do, I'm afraid. Move on.

I agree wholeheartedly. I live in a "small" italian city (about 110k) and I constantly hear guys saying that they can't game because it's too small

First of all you are not just a "23 year old, hugless, kissless, dateless virgin". You are yourself, with your strengths and weaknesses, like any of us here. Stop labelling yourself Secondly, how small of a town are we talking about? Hard to believe there are no women your age. Do you have a car? Are there any bigger towns/cities near you? If so, go meet people there

It's OK to get anxious when talking to women, but don't let that get in the way. Just talk to her like you would talk to any other human being. From what I understand, you two are acquaintances and not that close. So, first of all, get to know her better. Be genuinely interested in her and find out if she's your type (Spoiler: she might not be). Then, move from there.

To be fair non verbal communication is a big sticking point for most guys. Feeling confident usually translates to a confident body language in time. As you didn't mention it, do you establish physical contact early on? Do you escalate?

Talking to a girl for a long time doesn't mean much if your intention is not clear. That's basically the core of having "game", being able to show interest in her. You'll feel uncomfortable the first few times, but at the end of the day you'll feel ten times better. Be bold, tease and lead the interaction both with your words and body. Have fun while doing it and don't be afraid to fail!

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
