I've never been depressed. However I did suffer from depersonolization a few years ago. Basicly because of a traumatic childhood experience my mind start to cope with it by detaching itself from my body. I felt as if I was an obeserver watching a movie of my live. Well no, but my friends usually don't go to these intelectual complex films you talk about. So I usually reserve that for my own time and don't go to the cinema for it. I watch'em at my own leisure on my PC. And then I definitly learn stuff. Like story writing, and cinematography. Character arcs and how to drive a plot.

And the movies I usually don't really learn anything tbh. Usually I'm pretty stoned while watching them. I know smoking weed is bad. And especially at 16. But it's just such a good feeling. Watching some dumb movie suddenly becomes so much more engaging while being high. It really amps the experience.

I'd fall in your description of introvert really well. And I feel as if this is the first description I've seen that genuinly applies to introvert/ extrovert. I really like socializing, I could talk for hours with a few of my friends. But only if I know I'd have those same amount of hours to myself when were done. I feel mentally tired after a long day of school. And not because of the information. But because of the nonstop social interactions without a break.

Don't worry dude. I would never let some random people on the internet make choices for me without testing it myself first. My idea was to test you guys's theory's and check if their true. While also making sure I don't get trapped. And about the party thing I'm not really that much of a party gower. 16 years old here. I'm still on the fence of going complete MGTOW or maybe seeing for myself if AWALT. But to be honest some drugs are not that bad. Weed is fine. As long as you dont venture into heroin cocaine or just plain sigarets. But smoking a joint once a week with friends is definitly recommendable.

Reading this I'm just reminded how lucky I actually am. My father used to let my mother walk all over him. Just because he hated arguments. Well after a burn-out he went to a therapist. Who basicly told him to stand up for himself. And so he did. One year later they divorce. I'm 16 now and live 50% with my father and we have a really strong bond together. Almost unexplainable
