Aw man, I have the best corn pudding recipe. It's super easy too - a box of jiffy corn muffin mix, one diced white onion, one can each of whole kernel corn and creamed corn (undrained), I cup of sour cream, 3 tbls of melted butter or margarine, one egg and salt and peppa to taste. Heat oven to 350, mix your egg, sour cream and butter up then add everything else and mix it up, pour it in a greased baking dish, and cook for an hour. My dicer. So much food needs to be chopped or diced, and with different sized blades you can get any size you want. I can dice up ten quarts of something in five minutes if I need to. All hail the glorious dicer! Though if you don't cook in bulk its probably unnecessary.
