How long ago was this false accusation and how old was she? Anything to suggest a drastic change in “who” she is, like previously into drinking and running with a bad crowd, but totally different. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, but unless there’s something to suggest she’s a totally different person and l/or it was long ago, then I think you are playing with fire. Sounds like you just haven’t given her a reason to falsely accuse you, yet.

Sounds like a case of the victims son maybe getting revenge at some point in the future.

The phrase that comes to mind for that whacko is don’t engage at their level, they will beat you with stupidity and experience.

I support MRA obviously (45M), but come on, the ads drive men to apply to college?

Guidance counselors in both individual appointments and group assemblies. Also mentioned frequently in college applications.

While I don’t agree with women being exempt, you’ve got to be the most dense guy to not know about that stuff. They tell you multiple times, it’s posted n post offices and such. Also, if he can afford to not look closely at your tuition bill, well…

It scares them that we think for ourselves and won’t blindly do what they say. Ironic since that’s exactly what they often accuse men of demanding

Just appl and say you identify as a woman and if they challenge you, threaten a lawsuit for denying your gender identity. They’ll cave in an instant

You can hit back if first struck. However, you’re likely screwed if there aren’t witnesses and/or video to prove you were defending yourself

Wow! I’d you think a best friend would do what she did, then I hate to see what you think an enemy would do? Man, you are so very close to jail time or qorse. The courts and jury won’t believe you if she goes thru with accusations. Hey as far away from her as possible as soon as possible.

Also kind of ironic since the democrats elected an old white guy as president.

Have a hard time believing that is just a misdemeanor. Here in Florida, you’d been authorized to use deadly force as described.

I would have replied, "And why don't you mind your own business lady?" It bugs me when people feel motivated to insert their opinions into situations that don't concern them.

Not always the case. It depends on the local laws (US). As an example, in some areas I know that laws were recently changed that if a police officer personally witnesses Domestic Violence, they don't need the victim to press charges, they can do it themselves. This was due to the fact of them getting constantly called out, only to them have the victim decline to press charges and the victim would then end up dead.

Yes, they lowered the standards for men, not raise for women.

Like the post above you, if you define your individuality by your hair, the US military will be a very miserable place for you. The military is about conformity and putting the team above yourself.

I would blame the "woke" culture that seems to be driven by Liberals. This is something I've noticed going back several decades, but no one would dare to say anything publicly for fear of being "canceled".

There is a legal guarantee to face someone’s accuser. I don’t see this survivor legal challenge
