Was nursing my first drink. I’d been sipping it for a good 15 minutes. Started getting super fuzzy so went outside to clear my head and get some cigarettes from the store nearby. Was followed out by 2 random guys looking to “help” but something seemed off about them and I realized I was starting to feel out of control and drowsy. I ended up pulling my gun when they started calling out to me to wait and they ran off. Caught a cab and ducked out. Cab driver had to wake me up when I got to my hotel…

The US isn't the only nation in the world where you can own firearms, kid. And for the record, if you're thinking about getting a CCW, you absolutely should not be mixing alcohol with guns. If you get into an altercation, immediately escalating to deadly force is liable to get you either shot or prosecuted.

If you have a bottle, keep your thumb over it when you aren't drinking it. If you have a glass, keep it under your hand when at a bar so your palm covers it. This is a legitimate risk.
