Where I live we have to take a first aid course in order to optain a drivers license. It isn't great but at least we learn how to do CPR, how to put someone into a stabile lateral position, how to secure the site of an accident if you are the first to arrive and how to apply compressive bandages in theory as there is not enough time in the mandatory course to learn it in practice. I had a really good instructor who really stressed that we are heard animals and that we have to be aware that if we…

The man I (F) am sleeping with has had an ex accuse him of raping her to try to get back together with him. It luckily never went further than accusations and the social back lash one would expect, but most of his friends knew she and her mother were... well, people who would accuse anyone of things they didn't do to gain benefits. Needless to say I promised to not do that as long as everything stays consentual between us. I say this as someone who has experienced what I guess counts as sexual…

For me? No. For someone else? Maybe. I personally care about how a person is now. I may be a bit more weary but I take a loooot of time to figure out how someone else and I may fit together or not. Don't worry too much about your past. Focus on yourself today. I don't say forget about the past but work towards being someone you'd generally like to have around. Be faithful to future partners you should be allright in my book.

Well, keep in mind that you know more about your past than anyone else. I somehow keep telling everyone around me the same thing: people generally care waaaay less about you than you do about yourself if that makes sense. Don't think too much about all of the possible 'what ifs' - that's probably the worst thing you can do to yourself.

How am I supposed to know what you did in your past unless you tell me? I do believe that any woman who's actually interested wouldn't care, you'd prob care more than her. Just be the partner/person you'd like to have as a SO.

I think having a certain status makes you interesting. Having passion in something "raises your status" IMO. The guy I am with at the moment has passion. A lot of passion. Music is the love of his life, he plays a competitive computer game on a decent level and has a career that he has to stay in shape for. Super interesting guy, someone I was friends with for years before sex was introduced into the mix. If he didn't play that game I wouldn't have met him and if it wasn't for music we wouldn't …

This is just my 2 cents about dread: I would not want a partner to use it on me. It shows parallels to strategies of both religious cults and abusive relationships. "I am going to dangle the price riiiiiight in front of your face and always pull away, maybe tease you a bit, give you a slap so you run faster but you only get the price if you do as I please" Both cults and abusers use this tactic. That's where the "But s/he isn't always like that" thinking comes from. It hit me when I watched this…

I am a gay woman who got sucked up into TRP theory. I HATED women for a long time. I was bullied by quite some girls throughout my school time. TRP gave me a reason to hate them, I tried to be as much of an alpha as I could be, I thought "Yes, I am right, feminine girls really ARE sub- par to more masculine people" As someone mentioned before, some of the theories are just straight up abuse, The Dread Game being the most fucked up imo. When I finally met a girl who showed me that no, not all wom…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
