Speaking from a man that just go divorced after 8 years of marriage and 3 kids I can relate. Based on what you said it sounds more like hormones paired with stress. I would seriously consider your situation carefully before outshining divorce. try and pump the breaks maybe and sleep in the other room and recommend going to therapy.. once you start down the path with divorce with little kids stuff get very messy very fast. Married for 8 years then I was separated for 5 months before we got legally separated and I moved back in for a year then she kicked me out for bs reasons. 1 year later and I just got divorced. I would say do not go the legal separation route. Dude I would flip my shit. Hell if this dude so much as tickles my kids he’s going to hear from me. How do you not communicate with her when you have a child? I was unfortunate enough to set up my days where she picks them up on the weekend so I have to see her. Going through divorce right now with three little kids and I gave her everything when we got legally separated a year ago to try and make the marriage work.
