But she did it in a very unhealthy way according to these media stories. 1000 calories a day is extremely low and unsustainable. Please, let’s not celebrate the unhealthy diet culture. The diet culture has keep women down for decades. We are so busy hating our bodies how can we live to our full potential? The diet industry has take enough from us - financially, emotionally, physically and spiritually.

That’s true about eugenics. It was fairly widely accepted prior to WII. It was meant to breed out “undesirables” such as the poor and mentally ill. Which is a little disturbing especially if you consider the rates of mental illness in all humans,

The downside is that forced sterilization will always be connected with Nazis due to the fact it was part of the Holocaust - not just to wipe out racial groups and people with disabilities. If MGTOW is an inclusive (of men) ideology, this may alienate men of colour and men with disabilities within MGTOW

Also, I would value the statistics from the government more (as in the Guardian article) rather than a stakeholder group, which is more likely to be biased. However, could it be that children from a more dysfunctional family group (i.e. families requiring intervention from the government) are a skewed sample and not representative of fathers and children in the general? So just so I understand, these statistics are the percentage of fathers that are raising children that are not biologically theirs (despite thinking otherwise) rather than the percentage of children that are born. Because the fathers, not the children, would be victims of this deceit? Because I would think that the percentage of fathers would be more significant than the percentage of children?? Just trying to wrap my head around what I’ve heard before on House MD...
